Anyshift Annie is your AI Site Reliability Engineer, deployed as a Slack-native and MCP-compatible agent. Annie investigates incidents, answers infrastructure questions, and audits changes against a versioned knowledge graph that spans every layer of your stack: cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure), infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), containers (Kubernetes), and monitoring (Datadog, PagerDuty, incident.io). Unlike telemetry-based AIOps tools that infer cause from logs and metrics, Anyshift reads the topology directly. The resource graph captures every IAM change, Helm rollout, Terraform deployment, and code commit as a node Annie can traverse. Time-travel queries answer "what changed in the last hour that touched this service?" against a 7-day window. Cascading-failure traversal returns the full blast radius of any change. Setup is read-only and takes about 30 minutes per integration. Median investigation time is 3 minutes. Independent benchmarks (SadServers, We The Flywheel) report 30% reduction in root-cause-analysis time vs senior-SRE baseline.
