What do you like best about Aniday?

Their hiring processes is very comprehensive and ensured that they have high tech hiring tools such as an ATS which gave us alot more trust and reliance on their service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aniday?

The fees are a little high at 12% annual salary of the candidate but with the qualify of hires, it is worth it overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Aniday solving and how is that benefiting you?

Recruitery was able to hire for me a Business Development Manager for our business. They were able to ensure quality and that the candidates were those which were up to our standards and rigourous hiring processes. Was able to find a Singaporean resident that is able to speak Korean as well to liaise with our korean stakeholders and he has currently has been with us for 3 months and has been doing very well. I was recently in the market for a Backend Developer and an UI/UX Developer for our website and to sustain it. I was recommended Recruitery from a friend after poor experiences looking for candidates through linkedin hiring. Recruitery entire process was fast, succinct, and comprehensive, with minimum involvement required from me which gives me alot more time to focus on other parts of my business. What do you like best about Aniday?

Iliked how fast they are with everything they do and the whole partnership did not drag on. I really appreciate that they value my time and is able to deliver in 1 day after signing of contract, with my entire experience with them from first pitch to final payment being less than a week long. Recruitery is a great service for finding and hiring talented professionals. I can clearly see that they have a large network of candidates due to their fast and efficient process. They promised me a 2 day waiting period before I would get candidates CVs and somehow they delivered in 1 day! They also handle the payroll and tax issues, which is very convenient for a founder like me. I would recommend Recruitery to anyone looking for quality talent in a competitive market. The candidates that Recruitery provided all fits the requirements I was looking for. I was looking for a very specific type of candidate who can speak 4 languages (English, Chinese, German, French) and they managed to deliver not 1 but 3 candidates all within a week! It is certainly one of the faster recruiters I have worked with and I appreciate the speed at which they operate at, never once making me question if my trust in them was misplaced. What do you like best about Aniday?

However, their team quickly adjusted their approach and provided us with a fantastic candidate who could both both SQL and fill in for the UX while we were replacing the role. Recruitery gave a refund for the first candidate and on top of that, gave us a further 10% discount on the search for the replacement. Their willingness to adapt and go the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction deserves recognition, I would definitely recommend this to other companies who has never used headhunters before Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
