This is not the first tool I’ve seen. If your team also spends hours manually searching for suppliers, collecting data, and exchanging countless emails to compare offers, then Ana09 is the answer you've been looking for. I am a big fan of the browser extension and its intent-driven data collection - it replaced the whole sifting through spreadsheets and emails to track vendor information then centralising it by hand in various systems. It offers a very good user experience. In less than a month everything was set and it could be used by the first users. I warmly recommend the application and we will definitely continue to use it. What I mostly appreciate about Ana09 is that it's incredibly easy to get up and running. No lengthy implementation processes—just plug-and-play simplicity. It's been a real time-saver; no more chasing suppliers across various databases and platforms and engaging with them individually. But perhaps the biggest win from my perspective is the traceability it offers. It now allows to easily audit and monitor a process that was otherwise scattered across countless emails and chats.
