**What do you like best about Amio?**

The chatbots are doing a great job with handling both the donor inquiries, and the questions from founders of public collections. The chatbot performs really well after being trained on our knowledge data and is able to answer even very random queries.

**What do you dislike about Amio?**

The deployment was postponed, partly because we weren’t fully prepared. However, with more effective early coordination, the process could have been more efficient.  I'm looking forward to seeing more analytics features, to better understand .

**What problems is Amio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Amio significantly reduces our fundraising and suppport team's workload by automating responses to both the donor and founder questions, ensuring we provide timely support during critical fundraising periods. Amio is able to automate a lot of conversations without the need of a human assistance.

**What do you like best about Amio?**

Amio provides an incredibly user-friendly platform for creating and managing
GPT chatbots specifically designed for e-commerce. The tool simplifies the process with an intuitive interface, making it easy for anyone, even without extensive technical skills, to set up a functional and effective chatbot. Additionally, the analytics feature offers great insights into the bot's performance, highlighting areas that need improvement and allowing you to optimize the bot for better customer interactions.

**What do you dislike about Amio?**

The only downside I've noticed is that while the tool offers high-level analytics and the ability to dig deep into specific conversations, I cannot export the data.

**What problems is Amio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Amio offers a great way to reach out to our customers, solve their problems, answer their questions and generally automate the often time-consuming communication with our customers. Being represented by the Amio chatbot means we have more time to focus on activities that lead to not only improving our service, but to higher customer satisfaction.

**What do you like best about Amio?**

First of all, I like the communication with the part of the Amio team, that I am working with to implement AI Chatbot and Mailbot for our company. Then, I like the tool through which we train an manage the AI.

Nothig so far. The team acts with professionalism, so there is nothing to complain about.

Amio is helping us find AI sollutions for customer interactions through the help of the AI mailbot and chatbot that we are implementing.

Amio has streamlined our customer interactions by enabling us to build
AI-powered email bot. The email automation ensures no inquiry is missed. The
automation level exceeded our expectations. What is not automated is
handed over to our help-desk as before.

I appreciate the immediate support from Amio's success manager via Slack.
The chatbots are excellent at managing donor inquiries, and the direct
communication channel ensures any issues are swiftly addressed.

The deployment was delayed. However, with better initial coordination on our part, the process could have been smoother.

**What do you like best about Amio?**

A solid and well thought out app. Easy to use and works great. We only tested the app, but it ran in heavy traffic and worked as it should. I have to give the most praise to the team who did a great job of explaining everything, helping with installation and initial setup and training.

**What do you dislike about Amio?**

Nothing important mattered. In the end, we did not decide on Amio because another application better met our requirements and fit better with the expected costs.

It’s solving the problem of having 24/7 fast response support. It automates a
large portion of the requests coming our way

I enjoyed using Amio as it helped to reduce my customer support workload, and it also helped to deal with multiple languages.

After business hours, it is difficult for my customers to contact me via chat support, leading to a manual email process. Hopefully, it will get fixed in the future.

**What do you like best about Amio?**

I recently had the opportunity to try out Amio's chatbot service and I was
extremely impressed with the onboarding process. The team at Amio was very
helpful in getting me set up and familiar with the platform, and I appreciated
the fact that they offer a free trial so that I could test out the service before
committing to a subscription.
One of the things that stood out to me about Amio was the ease of use of their
platform. It was very intuitive and I was able to get my chatbot up and running
in no time. The customer service was also top-notch, with the team being very
responsive and helpful whenever I had any questions or needed assistance.
Overall, I highly recommend Amio's chatbot service to anyone looking to add a
chatbot to their business. The onboarding process was seamless, the platform
is user-friendly, and the customer service is excellent. I'm confident that Amio
will be a valuable asset to my business and I'm looking forward to working
with them more in the future.

I enjoyed working with Amio and using their solution. The team was efficient and helped me with the onboarding process well. I would definitely recommend it to other users that are looking for an AI chatbot on their website.

What I like about Amio is that it helps reduce repeating questions, can help customers in multiple languages, and you can customize it to your needs!

Outside of business hours, Amio is unable to collect customers' info unless you specifically ask them to send an email/call at another time.

I found the chat-bot application easy to use. Most importantly Amio team were always there to fix it. In addition, they have helped not only with the application - also shared their experience and gave some tips on copywriting, making bot user-friendly to our clients.

It had some minor flaws and bugs – but hey, which application doesn’t? Most importantly Amio team was always there to provide a quick fix.
