From the perspective of a small law firm with just a few people, I find the program and its "business logic" suitable. It's not overloaded with features. Additionally, the customer service is responsive, typically replying within minutes. Though we occasionally encounter minor bugs, such as issues with invoice numbering or filters, the program overall makes our work much more streamlined. Moreover, it’s supporting collaboration within our team, though we believe there could be more advanced collaboration features for working on tasks together.
