It has some technical limitations like data quality issues; Finspace relies on high-quality data, and poor data quality can lead to inaccurate insights. Limited customization means some users may find the platform's customization options limited. Finspace requires expertise in financial data analysis and AWS services. The Finspace pricing model can be complex, making it challenging to estimate costs; users may incur additional costs for data storage, processing, and analytics. As with any cloud-based service, there is a risk of security breaches or data leaks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Finspace offers a centralized location where the user can store and manage different types of data, which eventually reduces the chance of error and also saves some time. Its ability to allow the users to query with SQL makes it easy to derive useful insights from the data. Also, the integration with other AWS services like Athena and Sagemaker allowed me to run some advanced analytics for my sales forecasting model. In case the user is facing any issues, the customer support is also very good and always helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A challenge I faced while using Amazon Finspace was the steep learning curve while using some advanced features, using Jupyter notebook being one of them, as this required a good knowledge of data science and coding. It turns out to be a bit complicated in case of implementation for non-technical users who are not much familiar with AWS tools and infrastructure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's basically a cloud platform with easy cloud scale and availability by lifting and shifting your KDB applications to fully managed service on Amazon Web Services (AWS). It supports and analyzes enormous levels of data on demand and reduces the time to deploy new KDB applications, with autoscaling and high availability.

If we talk about customer support, then AWS provides high-level availability support within 24 hours of any queries being answered. So I like this Finspace service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Finspace is a powerful tool with ease of integration and implementation, high availability, and widely available features, so I have never seen these features on another platform. I recommend using it, so there is no dislike about it. Just one thing: to manage it effectively, you need to manage it carefully and maintain the frequency of use, as it's pricing on demand and as per use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Amazon FinSpace brings together data from multiple sources (structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data) into a unified environment. This integration is powerful because it reduces the time and complexity of data wrangling and makes the data more accessible for analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Despite its user-friendly interface, FinSpace still requires a bit of a learning curve, especially for users who aren't familiar with AWS tools or cloud-based data environments. Financial analysts without a technical background might need some time or training to fully grasp how to use all the features effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Amazon FinSpace is easy to understand and relieves the burden of performing data analysis. Because it is perfectly integrated with AWS services, powerful analytics can be carried out without any interference. The insights gained from the customized dashboards in FinSpace help to make sound financial decisions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some users find Amazon FinSpace really difficult to learn, requiring vast amounts of training. Some non-AWS data sources cannot be completely utilized, thus affecting comprehensive financial analysis. The cost can easily balloon as the price escalates with huge amounts of data processing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It helps in securely storing and also managing a lot of data related to finance in many formats. It makes the analysis simple by making the data clean and in a format which is suitable. We can also integrate the FinSpace with all the other AWS services like S3, Redshift. It also helps in creating the dashboards and reports to find the trends and patterns. Also manage kbd workloads. The billing process of Amazon FinSpace is very complicated and very difficult to understand. And also it's difficult for new users to understand the process. And since it's a cloud-based service there may be chances of data leakage or data security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
