Amazon Elasticache is being used by our product infra and storing data in redis by which our product need quick access. Along with aurora we used to ecperience seemless performance. Some of the more advanced setups may not be able to replicate on elasticache, so if you need to do anything in that area, we may need to rethink the architecture or run our own node based instead of managed.
