It is also very fast and easy to set up while customizing for your company. **What do you dislike about Amazon AppStream 2.0?** The biggest thing I don’t like it the cost. The quality you get is bar none, but you certainly do pay for what you are getting. It would be more beneyin larger companies. **Recommendations to others considering Amazon AppStream 2.0:** Understand that the cost is large, but so are the benefits. The support has been impeccable. **What problems is Amazon AppStream 2.0 solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to send our techs to the customer to get their machine online and give them all of the tools they need. I am able to be walked through any issues I am having free of charge. **What do you dislike about Amazon AppStream 2.0?** I tend to have issues when trying to access Amazon AppStream from different devices.
