What do you like best about Amara.ai?

It connects to all level of employees tirelessly 24/7. Able to identify any unhappy, disengaged and employees who are about to leave. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amara.ai?

The "comments" section: only able to type in "x" number of words. This is particularly in use when we have met the disengaged employee and we would like to comment about the whole conversation. I have to keep adding new comments. That is not user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Amara.ai:

You need to work with Vikas. He's very helpful to help you set up and run Amara. No regrets.

What problems is Amara.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can see who are happy/unhappy within the organization. Some may not be showing unhappy (ie looking at the mood) however the drivers did show which areas that they think is not doing well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
