It is also churning out reports/ data real time. Unlike other listening/ climate survey tools, AMARA is more sophisticated and relevant. **What do you dislike about Amara.ai?** AMARA works if HR and the Management is supporting it. Administratively, it requires constant updates. Reciprocally, it requires humility, proper actions/ responses, and transparency. **What problems is Amara.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has solved attrition, management action, and the requirement for immediate feedback from employees. ### 2. Where we can't be able to reach the employee on regular basis. Amara is reaching to them on completion of their touchpoint. ### 4. Able to identify any unhappy, disengaged and employees who are about to leave. **What do you dislike about Amara.ai?** The "comments" section: only able to type in "x" number of words. This is particularly in use when we have met the disengaged employee and we would like to comment about the whole conversation. I have to keep adding new comments. That is not user friendly. **Recommendations to others considering Amara.ai:** You need to work with Vikas. He's very helpful to help you set up and run Amara. No regrets. And thanks to his team, Ada too. For helping us in the implementation process till go live! **What problems is Amara.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can see who are happy/unhappy within the organization. Some may not be showing unhappy (ie looking at the mood) however the drivers did show which areas that they think is not doing well. ### 5.
