Altis ERP is modular ERP software that connects office, operations and field teams on one platform, on web and mobile (Android and iOS). It is built for service businesses that run large field workforces: security agencies, housekeeping and facility management companies, contractors and field service teams. Modules include: • Security Agencies: duty rosters, NFC attendance, patrol checkpoints, incident reporting, control room and payroll • House Keeping: QR issue reporting, cleaning routines, a staff App and client reports • Vendor Invoicing: vendor onboarding, purchase orders, PO-line invoice matching and multi-level approvals • Audits & Inspections: checklists with photos, ratings and action points • Field Tracking: attendance, geo-tagged visits and expenses • Service Management: service requests, dispatch and sign-off • Collections, Sales Pipeline, Support Queries, Team Training, Tools & Equipment, and Reports & Insights One price covers every module for 10 users, with extra users billed individually. Vendors and external users are free. The mobile App is available in 33 languages.
