Altamira HRM Reviews & Product Details

Altamira HRM is a complete, cloud-based HR management suite that brings every HR process into a single, highly configurable platform. Companies can manage recruiting, employee records and documents, time and attendance, leave and absences, learning, performance reviews and expense reports in an all-in-one solution. The platform is built around flexibility. Expert consultants configure it to match each organization's processes, and HR teams can then create their own custom fields, forms, workflows and reports. A native Android and iOS app, Altamira HRMobile, lets employees clock in, request leave, submit expenses, read payslips and join training on the go. Altamira HRM integrates with payroll, CRM and ERP systems through REST APIs, webhooks and flat files, and includes electronic signatures, workflow automation, HR analytics and AI features. It is available in five languages (Italian, English, French, Spanish and German), is GDPR-compliant, and holds ISO 27001, 27017 and 27018 certifications.
