With all the integrations like RMIS and Macropoint you have everything you need in one program. You can also POST loads directly from Aljex is very helpful. The Smart Search function helps you cover the load while you are working on something else. **What do you dislike about Descartes Aljex?** What I dislike is that if you have multiple loads you want to roll (change date) you need to do one by one. I know that in Aljex LIVE it will be different so im excited to see the new Aljex Live go live. Also, what i disliked was DRAY was limited but with the new tab its much easier so see everything on your home screen like LFD. You have all the information at your fingertips. Also i love you can see who has made any changes on a order and what time the changes were made. **What do you dislike about Descartes Aljex?** What is helpful about aljex is that it is customizable. A downside of aljex that i noticed right away is that you cant have two different boards open at the same time for one user. For Example to see open shipments vs shipments assigned to a user. Also one other thing i hope they improve is the refresh time, it takes a second for it to refresh but everything works flawlessly. **What problems is Descartes Aljex solving and how is that benefiting you?** it solves our need for tracking sh ipments, managing carriers, providing carrier reports, providing rates over the years. Also its very nice how it works with macro point. All you do is put the number in the TMS it shows if the driver is tracking or it has not been accepted. That feature is very helpful. ### 38. From new hires to 10+ year freight veterans, Aljex is easy to teach, navigate, and integrate many customer required extensions. **What do you dislike about Descartes Aljex?** N/A - the best software out there hands down! **What problems is Descartes Aljex solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to Aljex, I could not find a software that allowed me to integrate tracking into each load for easy visiblity. Aljex has solved that problem with Macropoint integration and our customers love it! ### 42. I wish it would print the current location and eta for pick up on the report too so the customer was receiving updated locations and etas on both ends. **What problems is Descartes Aljex solving and how is that benefiting you?** The log file is nice. It helps verify where mistakes were made and by who. It also alllows updates to be sent to my customers on all of their shipments allowing me to keep them updated without having to spend tons of time emailing everyone. ### 43. The information is very well-structured. The information can be analyzed/found more easily. I'm not familiar with that of other competitors. **What do you dislike about Descartes Aljex?** The options of the filters. You cannot filter more than one customer option. It is necessary to be able to add more than one. The filters should be able to be more flexible. **What problems is Descartes Aljex solving and how is that benefiting you?** The tracking of shipments, as well as updates and escalations in case of any issues.
