ALICE Receptionist Reviews & Product Details

ALICE Receptionist is a virtual front desk and visitor management platform that gives organizations a professional, secure lobby experience without staffing a physical front desk full-time. Built by WinTech LLC, ALICE connects visitors instantly via live video to a receptionist, department contact, or security team, while also handling self-service check-in, badge printing, host notifications, watchlist screening, and digital visitor logs. ALICE serves government agencies, healthcare facilities, manufacturing plants, professional services firms, law offices, real estate offices, museums, and public safety organizations. Many public safety deployments provide 24/7 citizen access at unstaffed stations, with multilingual support, TTY, and ASL video interpreting. Organizations choose ALICE to strengthen lobby security, create a consistent first impression across locations, and cut the administrative load of traditional reception staffing. The platform supports ADA-friendly kiosk interactions and deploys as a wall-mounted kiosk, tablet, or standalone station. Customers cite improved visitor experience, better security, and time savings for facilities and admin staff. ALICE scales from single offices to multi-site enterprises and government agencies managing dozens of locations from one dashboard.
