You can also share virtual business cards quite easily, which is another benefit. **What do you dislike about Alibaba Message Service?** The client software is inferior and very slow. After so many messages are in your inbox, it appears to start failing. There are several bugs on the client interface which make the product nearly unusable for any kind of serious product sourcing exercise. **What problems is Alibaba Message Service solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use this software for initial contact with potential suppliers. Since suppliers will nearly always contact the first time through the messenger, you are forced to use it. ### 2. By means of a set of characteristics that make it unique among which I find it important to highlight its intuitive interface that makes it easy to use, it supports customization for delays and prioritizes queues, guarantees that messages are stored in queues and protected against access unauthorized through an identity authentication mechanism, it is a pay-per-use service, so it does not require any initial investment, it is compatible with other alibaba cloud services, you do not need to commit so many hardware resources to be able to implement and as if that were not enough Quickly back up the data which guarantees its reliability. **What do you dislike about Alibaba Message Service?** So far I do not find any negative characteristics that I should complain about since in general the software works very well. In addition, if I get to present any inconvenience I am sure that the technical support team will solve it without any problem since it has shown me that it is qualified for it. **Recommendations to others considering Alibaba Message Service:** Alibaba Message Service compared to other message queue systems, offers a set of unique features, which undoubtedly makes it one of the best alternatives available in the market and I highly recommend it to other users who consider the product. **What problems is Alibaba Message Service solving and how is that benefiting you?** Since we started implementing this software in our company, there are many benefits that it provides. but in summary, it undoubtedly facilitates message management. ### 3. And it also requires no maintenance. This message queue service has become a practical option for data communication between applications, using a queue for messaging: thus, a message is published by a publisher and can be consumed by one or more consumers, depending on our configuration. Through a console (called Message Service Management Console) is where you can manage the message queues. You can create a new queue by first selecting the server location, then the list of existing ones will be displayed and you can modify the configuration of each of them. **What do you dislike about Alibaba Message Service?** Like other products from this company, the interface could be greatly improved; sometimes it can be a bit confusing.
