There were no weak links. The standard at Aleysian is higher than I've experienced with other technology consulting firms. The professionalism, approachability, and ease of working with them were tremendous and much appreciated. They also had excellent project management, governance, and communication throughout the engagement. **What do you dislike about Aleysian?** Nothing. We have hired them for additional projects since this one. They're now our "go to" consulting partner and trusted advisor in the Product Information Management and Salesforce CRM space. **What problems is Aleysian solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed help in designing and implementing technical software documentation for our system. We were starting from scratch, so we needed someone to research comparables, make recommendations, design templates, format, and ultimately write the documentation following the template style guide. We urgently needed this documentation to support and enable our customers and other technology consulting partners to guide them on installing, implementing, launching, integrating, and maintaining our software. It was a tall order but the results have been excellent. They produced very high-quality enterprise-level professional deliverables that our customers and partners received enthusiastically. ### 2. Conner and MaryKate were a dynamite duo to work with! They listened to our use cases and how they were unique from other clients and worked to build something that fits our needs and is customizable for the future. **What do you dislike about Aleysian?** Implementation always longer than anticipated. We ran out of hours with the Aleysian team and had to do a change order for additional time to complete the project. **Recommendations to others considering Aleysian:** No one knows your data set better than you do. The more insight you can provide about how you utilize your data daily and why it's structured a certain way, the better you'll be long-term. **What problems is Aleysian solving and how is that benefiting you?** Aleysian helped us build out our Salsify platform. Their expertise allowed us to set things up utilizing best practices and made our experience with Salsify better from day one. ### 3. We had to work through integration barriers, outdated mismatched data and launch channels in a short period of time. Joe not only helped us solve these issues but taught us how to manage it after the project had ended. He provided invaluable knowledge, resources and guidance, which has helped us immensely as a business. ### 4.
