The other innovation that has revolutionized the working order management is the mobile work order management. It has not been plain sailing to implement Aladdin SGE with our current project management software. It is very convenient to locate any equipment that I need and avoid overpaying for unnecessary repairs the monitoring helps to avoid breakdowns in time and to increase the life cycle of the assets. Work order management system through a mobile application is a great plus. Replacement of manual management. I was astonished by the way it reduces time consumption as it makes the complicated asset management to be solved in minutes. Asset Management requires excel sheet to calculate the asset life cycle and it is cumbersome process if handled manually but this software condenses a lot of process and makes it automated. One asset management professional mentioned that this software needs to improve the user interface as other software provides faster results and is more user-friendly. As an It company the involvement of assets is more Between the employees. So to track down those assets we use Aladdin sge tool which is very helpful in tracking and maintaining assets.
