Its reliability is an added bonus on akada **What do you dislike about Akada?** The web version has proven unreliable, experiencing several crashes that disrupted my workflow. To add insult to injury, each time the software malfunctions, we're required to pay over $100 for updates and support to get it working again. **What problems is Akada solving and how is that benefiting you?** It automating conflict checking and providing a clear overview of schedules, Akada saves me significant time and reduces the potential for scheduling errors and double-bookings. This allows me to focus on other important tasks instead of getting bogged down in the logistics of scheduling. ### 2. Saves me time. Anytime there is someting that doesn't workl well for me, we can report it and theproblem is solved. ### 4. I always feel protect when using it to pay @ Amanda's Dance Express. It is one of the best I have used to do business. **What do you dislike about Akada?** I love the ease and security of sensitive information. I have never had an issue when using it. I do not have any issues with Amanda. It is super user friendly. **What problems is Akada solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's solving having to go in person to do business at the studio. I can do business from the comfort of my home. It is easy to manage my account because of the ease of the system. ### 5. For instance we are one company with 3 separate streams. it required us to purchase separate software for the 3 divisions **What problems is Akada solving and how is that benefiting you?** This software was our bible for the first 5 years. DanceWorks was the glue to our administration skills. It taught us things that we didn't know could be easier; like ordering 500 costumes from 6 different companies for 200 children. ### 6. The platform from Akada Software is accessible from any device and DanceWorks is mobile friendly. **What do you dislike about Akada?** One of the things that I could not get at my first attempt is the search bar, it did not work well when I tried to look for special things and worked so slow.
