Some areas of aiXDR-PMAX could improve, like occasional UI lag and limited customization in integrations. Pricing may feel slightly high for smaller teams, and onboarding could include more detailed documentation. The AI is strong but sometimes generates false positives that need fine-tuning. I strongly recommend Seceon aiXDR-PMAX as a strategic cybersecurity platform for organizations seeking to modernize their detection and response capabilities while reducing operational complexity and cost. It is particularly well-suited for enterprises, MSSPs, and mid-sized organizations that need enterprise-grade security without the overhead of managing multiple disconnected tools. While it does simplify operations, for advanced SOC teams it can feel a bit “opinionated” or constrained. Compared with a custom SIEM + SOAR stack, it also offers less flexibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There seems to be a reluctance to acknowledge errors, which makes it harder to identify real-world issues within the system, since it’s treated as if it’s expected to be error-proof. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use aiXDR-PMAX to simplify security operations with a single agent for EDR, EPP, and ELC. It effectively reduces complexity while protecting endpoints and providing telemetry collection. I appreciate aiXDR-PMAX for its real-time monitoring and automated response, which means I have lower work hours and greater visibility in terms of security.
