## aiXDR-PMAX Reviews
  ### 1. Comprehensive Threat Detection with Stellar Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohamed S. | CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about aiXDR-PMAX?**

I really appreciate aiXDR-PMAX as it provides a complete solution for threat detection and response, covering all our platforms. Its AI capabilities for detecting unknown threats are very helpful, especially because our major concerns revolve around new unknown threats. The control center is well-designed, and I find the logs and reporting features extremely useful. Additionally, the Data Leakage Prevention feature is very beneficial, ensuring our data remains within the company and doesn't leak. The platform's ease of setup is also commendable and makes the transition smooth. We switched from ESET XDR because aiXDR-PMAX offers extra features and serves as one platform to cover all our security needs.

**What do you dislike about aiXDR-PMAX?**

I think the end-to-end encryption feature could be improved. It would be beneficial to have a digital ID for every machine, allowing users to use these digital IDs as a key for encrypting messages between them using asymmetric encryption based on PKI. aiXDR-PMAX could serve as the Certificate Authority for these generated digital IDs.

**What problems is aiXDR-PMAX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use aiXDR-PMAX as a single detection point across all platforms, rapidly responding to zero-day threats with AI. It provides thorough threat coverage and data loss prevention, ensuring our data doesn't leak.

  ### 2. One Platform That Does the Heavy Lifting for Our Clients

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ishaant H. | Senior Practice Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about aiXDR-PMAX?**

The dashboard is clean and intuitive. I found my way around on day one without any hand-holding, and integrating it with our existing cloud and endpoint stack took less time than expected. Performance has been rock solid with zero impact on end-user machines, and when you factor in replacing two tools with one, the ROI made the decision a no-brainer. Onboarding support was hands-on and helpful during the initial tuning phase, and the AI is honestly the star of the show. It cuts through alert noise and flags what actually matters, so my team focuses on real threats instead of chasing ghosts all day.

**What do you dislike about aiXDR-PMAX?**

The initial tuning phase took longer than expected, getting the AI to stop flagging our internal tools as suspicious required a fair bit of back-and-forth with support, which slowed our rollout by a couple of weeks. Some of the deeper integration settings aren't well documented, so you end up relying on the support team more than you should. The pricing works out in the long run, but the upfront onboarding effort is something smaller teams should factor in before jumping in.

**What problems is aiXDR-PMAX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We struggled with managing security across dozens of client environments using multiple disconnected tools; it was impossible to scale without hiring more analysts. After deploying aiXDR-PMAX, we now monitor all our clients from a single pane of glass, and the automated threat detection and response means we can handle more clients without growing the team. It's directly improved our service margins and given our clients a measurably stronger security posture, which has become a real differentiator when we're competing for new business.

  ### 3. Effortless Monitoring with aiXDR-PMAX

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Supratim L. | SOC admin, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about aiXDR-PMAX?**

I don't have to do anything with aiXDR-PMAX, which I think is the best thing about it. The flow feature is very helpful, and the dashboard is also very helpful. We can create many use cases using these features. The people from aiXDR-PMAX helped us a lot during the initial setup, which was very helpful.

**What do you dislike about aiXDR-PMAX?**

While aiXDR-PMAX provides strong visibility and centralized detection capabilities, there are a few areas that could be improved. The platform can sometimes generate a high volume of alerts, which may require additional tuning to reduce noise and improve prioritization. Investigation workflows, although powerful, can feel slightly complex for new users and may benefit from more intuitive navigation or guided analysis. Additionally, reporting and dashboard customization options could be more flexible to better align with different operational needs. Enhancing automation playbooks and integration depth with third-party tools would further strengthen the overall efficiency of the platform.

**What problems is aiXDR-PMAX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use aiXDR-PMAX for building use cases and monitoring businesses. It has a helpful flow feature and dashboard, making it easy to create many use cases. Plus, I like that I don't have to do anything.
