## Aiwyn Reviews
 ### 1. Data Centralization with Complex Start

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luciano R. | Analista de operações, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Aiwyn?**

I use the Aiwyn database and structure to map processes and transform billing data and hours worked into real efficiency indicators (KPIs). What I like most about Aiwyn is the centralization and accuracy of the data, eliminating the mess of receiving information from different sources like emails and time reports. The platform centralizes and organizes everything cleanly for analysis, which eliminates 'rework' and data cleaning. Since everything is unified, I don't need to waste time hunting for information in various systems or cleaning messy spreadsheets, as the data is born organized and ready for use. Additionally, I connect the consolidated data from Aiwyn to analysis tools and dashboards like Excel and Power BI to create advanced reports and monitor financial indicators.

**What do you dislike about Aiwyn?**

Complexity in Implementation: Being a very robust and heavy system, the initial setup and data migration from old systems require a lot of work and demand a lot of adaptation time.

**What problems is Aiwyn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aiwyn eliminates the hassle of receiving information from different sources by centralizing everything for analysis. It ends the 'rework' and data cleaning, as the data is organized from the start, avoiding wasting time hunting for information in different systems or cleaning messy spreadsheets.

 ### 2. Streamlined Payments and Efficient Client Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel C. | Analista de desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Aiwyn?**

We use Aiwyn to manage client payments, automate invoice delivery, track outstanding balances, and streamline communication with clients. It’s become a central part of our billing workflow, helping reduce the time our staff spends on collections and payment follow-ups.

**What do you dislike about Aiwyn?**

One area that could be improved is reporting and dashboard customization. The existing reports are helpful, but more flexibility to tailor dashboards and views for different teams would make analysis quicker and more efficient. Also, some of the more advanced features take additional training to use effectively.

**What problems is Aiwyn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to struggle with managing collections and payment follow-ups across multiple systems. With Aiwyn, payment reminders and client communications are automated, which makes the overall process much more efficient. As a result, we’ve reduced our administrative workload, gained better visibility into cash flow, and cut down the time we spend managing accounts receivable.

 ### 3. Streamlined Communication to Clients, search function needs help

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Aiwyn?**

When provided the correct permissions, it is easy to use Aiwyn to set up automatic email triggers. I also like how it has two functions for looking up invoices or accounts.

**What do you dislike about Aiwyn?**

I dislike that at times Aiwyn will not pull in the invoice PDF making it difficult and adding an extra step to the process to include the correct connections between the two systems. I also dislike that when searching for a client, sometimes it will not filter enough to search for the correct client. When searching for a client who's business starts with a letter then &, the search system will pull in everything that includes that letter and/or the & instead of the naming convention as a whole.

**What problems is Aiwyn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aiwyn is helping tremendously with sending out automated emails to clients so that clients are notified of their bills and when they are due or if they are overdue. Also, adding triggers to the automations are easy to use. Then, the emails that are sent also include the hot links to the invoice, which is also helpful for streamlining the payment process for clients--meaning less clients are calling in to need a step-by-step guide.

 ### 4. Engagement Letters That Save Time

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Aiwyn?**

I like that you have the ability to customize filters when searching for engagement letters because it's saved me so much time. It’s a great feature and makes the process much easier and faster. It’s also extremely helpful to be able to adjust columns and customize the dashboard and it's very inclusive for all different staff. I also appreciate how much faster customer support is compared to other platforms I’ve used in the past. A lot of the support staff is actually willing to work with you and cares about solving your problem rather than ignoring you. There are also a lot of resources available on the website, which has made it easier to transition into using this software. Overall, it out performs a lot of other platforms because we’re able to include billing features and pricing within engagement letters, which has improved our workflow and strengthened communication within our firm and with our clients. It also has done well performing because it's able to handle integration between personal and business profiles which allows us to combine engagement letters into one document and it seems like clients have responded well to it and it has saved a lot of time and hassle.

**What do you dislike about Aiwyn?**

I do not like how it doesn't integrate well with other platforms such as CCH. It has been a big issue with our firm trying to figure out how to improve the issue with the DAU sync. A lot of the times it has broken and delayed a lot of our processes. I also don't like how the billing feature doesn't automate payment for engagement letters. When sending an engagement letter you can request that payment is required, however the banking information is stored and there is no way for us to access this and we still have been having issues collecting payments. Most of our clients have to do this on their own as well as set up their own automatic payments. I wish we had more access to helping our clients do this on their behalf. I also wish there were more tutorials on how to code engagement letters and integrate more AI tools into this. It would be helpful to have resources like this for people who don't have a computer science background.

**What problems is Aiwyn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aiwyn has made signing engagement letters much easier because of how user friendly it is for clients. We have had an issues with receiving signatures using other platforms because our previous software only allows one tax payer to sign at a time. Once we switched to Aiwyn this problem was eliminated.

 ### 5. Easy-to-Use Format That Simplifies AR, Collections, and Client Payments

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danielle G. | Credit & Collections Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Aiwyn?**

I like the site format and the ease of using it, whether it be for AR/Collections or assisting clients pay their invoices.

**What do you dislike about Aiwyn?**

Our only issue with Aiwyn is that sometimes when I client uses the "pay without an invoice| function, the site doesn't always later mirror where we applied the payment in our Practice Management software, which leads to client calls and confusion.

**What problems is Aiwyn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aiwyn is solving our need to reach clients more often for unpaid balances and also reducing calls as the clients can download their invoices through the portal if they misplace them.

 ### 6. Effortless Automation and a Single Source of Truth with Aiwyn

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Aiwyn?**

The ease of automating previously manual functions. Because Aiwyn is tied to our PM system we no longer have to manage multiple systems as a source of truth.

**What do you dislike about Aiwyn?**

Sometimes support can take longer that expected and I wish the pricing was more in line other products.

**What problems is Aiwyn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has automated out collections process by sending reminders to clients automatically rather than our previous manual processes

 ### 7. Electronic Invoicing and Automated Reminders That Simplify AR

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Aiwyn?**

The ease of sending invoices and reminders to clients makes AR less taxing. Clients also have the opportunity to pay any other outstanding invoices that they may be responsible for after their initial payment is made.

**What do you dislike about Aiwyn?**

The product could be pricey for smaller firms

**What problems is Aiwyn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are receiving payments faster and more efficiently

 ### 8. Great integration, a lot of possibilities. Concerned about pricing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elijah E. | CPA, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Aiwyn?**

Integration and performance and making things much simplier

**What do you dislike about Aiwyn?**

Price, everything AI is so expensive for smaller firms

**What problems is Aiwyn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining research and combining tasks that typically took multiple platforms to solve

 ### 9. Great Automation, But Template Language Standardization Needs Work

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kati B. | Accounts Payable Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Aiwyn?**

Automation features along with user experience

**What do you dislike about Aiwyn?**

It didn't allow for a firm-standard bank of language to be incorporated into templates

**What problems is Aiwyn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrating into other technology already being used

 ### 10. Billing That gets the job done

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Aiwyn?**

Billing is what we've used it for, otherwise I dont have much input

**What do you dislike about Aiwyn?**

I dont have anything to state about this.

**What problems is Aiwyn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

More automation is helpful as a time saver.
