I use the Aiwyn database and structure to map processes and transform billing data and hours worked into real efficiency indicators (KPIs). What I like most about Aiwyn is the centralization and accuracy of the data, eliminating the mess of receiving information from different sources like emails and time reports. One area that could be improved is reporting and dashboard customization. Honestly, what I like most is that Aiwyn doesn’t feel like a patchwork of separate tools. Honestly, not much comes to mind yet. If I had to point to anything, it’s that some of the smaller integrations and parts of the docs don’t seem to have fully caught up, probably because they’re growing so fast. As a marketing manager what i like best about Aiwyn is how it removes friction from the payment experience after a client signs with us. Instead of manually following up for invoices, the client portal lets clients view invoices, pay through ACH or credit card, save payment methods and enable autoplay, making the entire process much more convenient. The smart collections feature reminders based on invoice status which has helped us reduce overdue payments without constant manual follow ups.I also like that Aiwyn keeps our billing, payment and client data synchronized with our accounting and practice managment systems so we don't waste time updating records in multiple places. The dashboard gives a clear view of outstanding receivables, payment activity and cash flow while the interface is clean, fast and easy for new team members to learn. There isn't much to dislike about Aiwyn. The interface is clean and easy to use, although i would like to see a few more dashboard customization options. Performance has been reliable with only occasional delays when loading large financial reports. The pricing is on the premium side which may not suit smaller business but the automation, faster collections and time savings have made it a worthwhile investment for us. The Payment Collection Process makes it much easier to follow up on outstanding balances and take payments. It has cut down many hours I used to spend reaching out about balances. I’m not sure the fee structure makes sense, especially since some payments can’t be made through this platform. Given those limitations, I wish there were a bit more flexibility or consideration. When provided the correct permissions, it is easy to use Aiwyn to set up automatic email triggers. I also like how it has two functions for looking up invoices or accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike that at times Aiwyn will not pull in the invoice PDF making it difficult and adding an extra step to the process to include the correct connections between the two systems. I also dislike that when searching for a client, sometimes it will not filter enough to search for the correct client. When searching for a client who's business starts with a letter then &, the search system will pull in everything that includes that letter and/or the & instead of the naming convention as a whole. I like that you have the ability to customize filters when searching for engagement letters because it's saved me so much time. It’s a great feature and makes the process much easier and faster. It’s also extremely helpful to be able to adjust columns and customize the dashboard and it's very inclusive for all different staff. I also appreciate how much faster customer support is compared to other platforms I’ve used in the past. A lot of the support staff is actually willing to work with you and cares about solving your problem rather than ignoring you. There are also a lot of resources available on the website, which has made it easier to transition into using this software. Overall, it out performs a lot of other platforms because we’re able to include billing features and pricing within engagement letters, which has improved our workflow and strengthened communication within our firm and with our clients. It also has done well performing because it's able to handle integration between personal and business profiles which allows us to combine engagement letters into one document and it seems like clients have responded well to it and it has saved a lot of time and hassle. I do not like how it doesn't integrate well with other platforms such as CCH. It has been a big issue with our firm trying to figure out how to improve the issue with the DAU sync. A lot of the times it has broken and delayed a lot of our processes. I also don't like how the billing feature doesn't automate payment for engagement letters. When sending an engagement letter you can request that payment is required, however the banking information is stored and there is no way for us to access this and we still have been having issues collecting payments. Most of our clients have to do this on their own as well as set up their own automatic payments. I wish we had more access to helping our clients do this on their behalf. I also wish there were more tutorials on how to code engagement letters and integrate more AI tools into this. It brings all network monitoring and incident management into one place, making it much easier to track outages, performance issues, and service requests without switching between multiple tools. The alerting system is particularly useful as it quickly highlights potential issues before they escalate, helping reduce troubleshooting time. Alert noise can become an issue if thresholds are not properly tuned, leading to too many notifications. Integration with some legacy monitoring tools also requires extra effort during setup, and initial configuration often needs support involvement.
