AItocha Surveys Reviews & Product Details

AItocha Surveys is a feedback platform that turns customer responses into public reviews, and doubles as an anonymous employee survey tool. Build star rating, NPS, CSAT, thumbs, emoji or multi-question surveys with conditional logic in under two minutes, then collect responses through an embeddable widget, a direct link, a QR code, email or SMS. After someone responds, they can be invited to share their experience on Google, Facebook, TripAdvisor, Trustpilot, G2 or Capterra. Every respondent is invited regardless of their rating, in line with Google's review policies and FTC guidance, and the review is written in their own words. Low ratings trigger an immediate internal alert so you can fix the problem privately. Anonymous mode stores no name, email, IP address, browser or referrer with a response. It is enforced on the server rather than hidden on the form, which makes it suitable for staff engagement surveys, upward manager feedback and exit interviews. Results arrive in a real-time dashboard with sentiment breakdowns and CSV or JSON export, and connect to Slack, Zapier, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Segment, Airtable, Notion, Intercom and Google Sheets, plus a REST API with scoped keys and signed webhooks. Free plan includes 50 responses a month with no card required. Paid plans start at $19/month.
