## aiSIEM Reviews
  ### 1. Seceon aiSIEM Simplifies SOC Ops with AI-Driven Threat Visibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jayesh S. | SOC Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about aiSIEM?**

I like best about Seceon aiSIEM is that it automatically correlates logs and security events, reducing the need for manual analysis. It gives clear visibility of threats in one dashboard, which helps in faster detection. The built-in AI prioritizes real risks, so we can focus on important incidents. Overall, it simplifies SOC operations and saves time.

**What do you dislike about aiSIEM?**

One thing I dislike about aiSIEM is that it does not provide built-in TIP (Threat Intelligence Platform) services for MSSP environments. This makes external integration necessary, which can add complexity. Also, initial tuning and customization take some time. At times, reporting and dashboards can feel limited for advanced use cases.

**What problems is aiSIEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

aiSIEM is solving the problem of handling large volumes of logs and security alerts from different systems. It automatically correlates events and identifies real threats, reducing manual effort. This helps minimize alert fatigue and improves detection accuracy. For me, it saves time, speeds up investigation, and makes overall security monitoring more efficient.

  ### 2. My Experience with Seceon aiSIEM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kanchan M. | Security Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about aiSIEM?**

I like best about working as an associate analyst is the opportunity to analyze data, identify patterns, and generate insights that support informed decision-making. It also allows continuous learning, problem solving, and collaboration with teams to drive meaningful business outcomes.

**What do you dislike about aiSIEM?**

One drawback of Seceon aiSIEM is that many advanced SIEM platforms, it can be complex to configure and fine-tune, especially for teams without deep security expertise. It may also generate false positives at times, which can require additional effort to filter and investigate. Additionally, the initial setup and integration with existing systems can be time-consuming, and smaller teams might find the resource requirements challenging to manage.

**What problems is aiSIEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seceon aiSIEM reduces alert overload and detect threats faster using AI, helping analysts focus on real security issues. It benefits me by saving time, reducing manual work, and improving response efficiency.

  ### 3. Comprehensive Visibility, Smooth Setup with aiSIEM

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mbubah S. | Presales Edgenet, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about aiSIEM?**

I really appreciate aiSIEM's ability to give me a comprehensive view of all my devices in the environment through a single pane of glass. It's great for monitoring and seeing what happens with every event. I also like that I can get alerts for all devices, whether it's my laptop or devices on the network like routers and switches. Additionally, I can track activities in the cloud environment. Importantly, this setup also makes managing bills quite easy. The initial setup was quite good and seamless, thanks to the help from distributors.

**What do you dislike about aiSIEM?**

I think most of it is so good. Though, let's say, maybe in terms of making the integration a little bit easy. I think that would be good. I think that's not really a problem at all.

**What problems is aiSIEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use aiSIEM to monitor endpoint and networking devices, providing general information and management. The single-pane view helps me see all devices and events, monitor them, and receive alerts, making management easier.

  ### 4. Powerful Centralized Security Monitoring with a Learning Curve

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amit T. | AI Business Consultant, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about aiSIEM?**

I like aiSIEM's ability to provide centralized visibility into security events across different systems in real time. It effectively collects and analyzes logs from multiple sources, making it easier to detect unusual activities quickly. I also find its alerting and threat detection capabilities particularly useful as it helps security teams prioritize important incidents without getting overwhelmed by noise. Overall, it improves efficiency in monitoring and strengthens the organization's security posture.

**What do you dislike about aiSIEM?**

While aiSIEM provides strong visibility and threat detection, there are a few areas that could be improved. The initial setup and configuration can feel a bit complex, especially for users who are new to SIEM solutions. Additionally, the platform could benefit from intuitive dashboards and easier customization of alerts, to reduce the learning curve. Some users may also find the fine-tuning of rules for specific environments time-consuming to optimize. Overall, it's a powerful solution, but simplifying onboarding and improving usability would make it even more effective.

**What problems is aiSIEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use aiSIEM for centralized security monitoring, as it collects and analyzes logs from multiple systems in real-time, identifies unusual behavior, and quickly detects security events. It improves visibility, strengthens threat detection capabilities, and allows prioritization of critical incidents, enhancing our organization's security posture.

  ### 5. aiSIEM Transformed How We Deliver Security to Our Clients

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ishaant H. | Senior Practice Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about aiSIEM?**

The UI is intuitive enough that my clients can log in and understand what's happening in their environment without needing a walkthrough every time. Integrations with existing firewalls, endpoints, and cloud platforms were smooth and quick to get data flowing. Performance has been consistent even as client data volumes grow, with no noticeable lag in detection or alerting. The pricing makes sense for what it replaces. My clients were paying more for less with traditional SIEM tools, so the ROI conversation is an easy one. Onboarding support was hands-on and helped us get detection rules configured from day one rather than starting blind. The AI intelligence is really the centerpiece, though it connects events across my clients' environments into clear, prioritized incidents so nothing slips through the cracks.

**What do you dislike about aiSIEM?**

So it's a request for improvement. "The steepest challenge has been the initial onboarding period; getting the platform properly tuned to each client's unique environment takes a couple of weeks, and some of the advanced correlation rule configurations aren't well explained in the documentation. For clients with less technical teams, there's a bit of a handholding phase before they feel fully comfortable navigating the platform independently. Better in-product guidance or onboarding wizards would make that early experience smoother without always needing to lean on support."

**What problems is aiSIEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before aiSIEM, my clients were dealing with fragmented visibility logs sitting in silos, threats going unnoticed until it was too late, and compliance reporting eating up hours of manual effort every month. Now with aiSIEM, everything is correlated in real time across their entire environment, threats get flagged and contained automatically, and compliance reports for frameworks like HIPAA and PCI-DSS are generated without anyone having to build them from scratch. For my clients, it's translated into fewer security incidents, faster response times, and a lot less stress come audit season.

  ### 6. aiSIEM Automates and Prioritizes High-Risk Alerts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eng.Maha A. | Cyber Defence Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about aiSIEM?**

What I like most about aiSIEM is its ability to automate threat detection and reduce noise by prioritizing high-risk alerts. It helps improve efficiency in the SOC by providing better visibility, faster incident response, and actionable insights, which makes security operations more effective and less time-consuming.

**What do you dislike about aiSIEM?**

One of the downsides of aiSIEM is that it may require time and fine-tuning to achieve optimal accuracy, especially in complex environments. In some cases, there can still be false positives, and the initial setup and integration process can be challenging. Additionally, understanding and customizing advanced features may require a certain level of expertise.

**What problems is aiSIEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

aiSIEM helps solve challenges such as alert overload, slow incident response, and lack of visibility across security events. By using automation and intelligent correlation, it reduces false positives and prioritizes real threats. This improves efficiency in the SOC, enables faster decision-making, and enhances overall security posture.

**What do you dislike about aiSIEM?**

aiSIEM is powerful, but the UI can feel slightly complex for new users. Initial setup and integrations may take time, and detailed documentation could be improved. Pricing might be a bit high for smaller teams, and occasional false positives from AI alerts require manual tuning.

**What problems is aiSIEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

aiSIEM solves issues like scattered logs, alert fatigue, and delayed threat detection. It centralizes data, correlates events using AI, and highlights real threats quickly.
