No doubt airlift is trying its best to exceed the expectation of its customer for that I would like to suggest them few things

1) It should provide delivery in lates hours also

2) Can work on its pricing as currently higher than the market price

3) Customer service could be much better as logging complaints is not very user friendly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Airlift express is like a mart on wheel from where you can order any thing and it will be delivered at your door step as quickly as possible. It is best for daily grocery and for those families who dont have men in their houses so it get very hard for ladies to go at mark for their monthly or weekly groceries. Airlift offer vast varity of products at a fair resonable price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At times the delivery times exceed the expected delivery time shown on the application and the second thing they can work on is the availability of their services in smaller cities as well. Currently, Airlift Express is only operating in large metropolitan cities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Airlift delivers what you need from groceries, house goods and medication. You can do all your shopping in one convenient spot and not leave your home. Some other home delivery services do not pick up everything for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

That it only covers South Africa and Pakistan. It would be nice it was offered in other countries. it would help to open up the home delivery market in the US. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its service above all, wide range of items with different price brackets in terms of quality provides options to explore and make swift purchases. Selection of time and its claim of delivering goods in 30 minutes is beyond par. I don't see any application matching standards set by Airlift express Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
