Ailova Care (formerly SupportNex) Reviews & Provider Details

Ailova Care is a H2H remote PC support service that connects users with live technicians to resolve computer issues online. Unlike remote desktop software or chatbots, Ailova Care provides real people who diagnose, explain, and fix problems in secure, screen-sharing sessions for Windows and macOS devices. The service is designed for individuals, small and mid-sized businesses that need scalable, on-demand technical support without expanding their in-house help desk. Ailova Care’s technicians work directly with end users to resolve common issues such as virus and malware removal, slow performance, startup and crash problems, email and printer configuration, Windows and macOS updates, driver issues, and basic security hardening.
