**What do you like best about Aidey?**

Zero surprises! everything the team promised they will devlier on was indeed delivered. Their people, expertise, processes, and more worked well with my OCD.

**What do you dislike about Aidey?**

Sure, nothing is never perfect in a work env. - but when we had any issue or concern - Aidey esclaatoin process worked very well.

**Recommendations to others considering Aidey:**

As you do your homework, don't foget to ask the hard questions, don't be afraid of imaging some bad case scenarios. It will narrow down your list, and you may land on aidey.

**What problems is Aidey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We called on Aidey when our company had a 80% RIFF. I wish I knew about them before hand.
We needed a predicable partner, with proven on-boarding, and out of the multiple partners we interviewed - it was clear that we are a match.

We outsourced our customer service to Aidey and their team.

**What do you like best about Aidey?**

Aidey has a professional and dedicated customer support team that is well accustomed to various eCommerce platforms. They handled our customers' queries pretty well. 


**What do you dislike about Aidey?**

Nothing really on a dislike level, if there is anything that I could say is that we couldn’t start the project straight away but had to wait for a week due to Aidey’s pipeline of projects but that was OK for us as we were not under extreme time pressure to launch the service.

**What problems is Aidey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We outsourced our customer service to Aidey. Thanks to them, we’re able to focus on other things that are important to us. They take care of everything from answering live chats to resolving support tickets and addressing emails.

**What do you like best about Aidey?**

They have done a really good job at handling our customer's queries. Their supportive and proactive approach has been very helpful. Our customer satisfaction numbers show their dedication and commitment towards serving them.

**What do you dislike about Aidey?**

Their work is satisfactory. They quickly understood our offerings and adapted themselves. The project execution could have been smoother, but overall it was nice working with them.

**What problems is Aidey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We outsourced our website's customer support to Aidey team. They are easy to work with and very friendly - two traits extremely important for a customer service team.

Aidey handled queries from our players about onboarding, billing and general questions.

**What do you like best about Aidey?**

They are well familiar with the gaming industry so the training that we had to provide to their agents about our service was minimal. We are confident that we now have a scalable solution to work with when it comes to customer support and its a great piece of mind.

**What do you dislike about Aidey?**

They are doing a great job handling the support in the languages that they do but they are limited with the amount of languages.

**What problems is Aidey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is very difficult to recruit and retain manpower in our industry and Aidey proved itself as a highly effective and scalable solution to resolve this problem for us.

We hired technical specialists from Aidey.

**What do you like best about Aidey?**

Their approach towards customer service and agility impressed us most. Their team is well-trained and experienced in handling complex customer issues with ease. We didn’t have to invest much time in training them as they were groomed and experienced.

**What do you dislike about Aidey?**

They are very proactive and friendly. They sent us timely updates and always were there to help us. So nothing to be pointed out as such.

**What problems is Aidey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our customer satisfaction scores were below our desired levels, that was because we lacked resources in-house and thus we hired Aidey for handling chats on behalf of us. They quickly understood our business and managed chats flawlessly. Because of their efforts we have now seen an improvement in our customer service ratings. Thank you team!

They were already experienced with our line of business so the onboarding was smooth. Throughout the time we are working with them, we find them friendly and dedicated.

There isn’t anything specific as such. I’d say working with them was, nonetheless, a good experience.

We wanted a professional team who can handle the front-desk and assist our customers with their queries regarding stay with us. Since they are very experienced in this line of business they were able to contribute from their experience and improve our guest communication and few operational aspects.

The technical team Aidey assigned us is tech-savvy and knows Shopify in and out. This makes them ideal for our requirements.

At times, the chat waiting time was over a minute - but overall their team managed the chat flow optimally.

**What problems is Aidey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They know how to handle merchants on Shopify, even the toughest ones. After we started working with their team, we saw our customer satisfaction increasing steadily. We’re happy with our experience so far.

We're happy working with them and have no concerns whatsoever at the moment.

We couldn’t handle the queries ourselves and that’s when we brought in team Aidey. They are very proactive and highly qualified for the job. We can rely on them 100%.
