AidEcho Reviews & Product Details

AidEcho is an AI customer support agent for businesses that want instant, accurate answers on their website without scripting a chatbot. Point it at your site and it reads every page, document and PDF into a private knowledge base that stays current. It then answers visitor questions in seconds, in your brand's voice, using only your own content, and cites the source page in every reply. When there is no reliable answer, or a customer asks for a person, AidEcho hands the full conversation to the right teammate. Who it is for: e-commerce brands (Shopify, WooCommerce), SaaS companies, agencies, and service businesses in healthcare, fintech, education, real estate and local services. Key features: - Grounded, cited answers: replies only from your own pages, with a link to the source, so it never invents information. - Live human handoff: an agent can take over any chat with the full history and an AI summary, then hand it back to the bot. - Routing and teams: auto-assignment, queues, SLAs, internal notes and reassignment. - Lead capture and appointment booking inside the chat. - Guided onboarding that helps new users reach value without opening a ticket. - Multilingual answers for global customers. - Insights and analytics: leads captured, bot resolution rate, first-response time, CSAT and unanswered questions. - Branding controls: colours, assistant name and avatar, welcome text and launcher position. - Security and control: audit log, PII access controls and API on higher plans. Setup takes minutes: one line of code on any website (Webflow, WordPress, Framer, React, Next.js or plain HTML), a native Shopify app, and AidEcho Desk for Windows for the support team. Pricing: free plan for one website; paid plans from $49/month (Hobby), $99/month (Standard) and $159/month (Pro).
