  ### 1. Started in July 2024 and was good but slowly no customer service and AI brain got dumb and worthless

**What do you like best about Aidbase?**

It started out nice but the brain started to lose facts.  Tried to train it again.  Customer service after 6 months went from a couple of days to over a week to now nothing at all.  I guess founder has moved on?  I asked almost a month ago if this was still working because it is just showing users "Sorry I don't know that" chats.  It basically became useless.  It took over a week to get a basic looking into it but two weeks later and nothing.  So, I guess this is an abandoned software.

**What do you dislike about Aidbase?**

It can improve EVERYTHING now.  I should ask for my money back for the past 3-6 months.

**What problems is Aidbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have so much information on our website that it is sometimes overwhelming to clients and their customers.  This has helped speed up the process and help people find the info they are looking for.

**What do you like best about Aidbase?**

Aidbase has been a total game-changer for us, allowing us to focus more on our business without compromising on customer support. The AI chatbot is spot on with its replies – no more weird, off-the-wall answers like we've had with other tools.

Setting it up on our website was a breeze thanks to their super clear documentation. If you’re looking for a reliable and efficient support solution, Aidbase is where it's at!

**What do you dislike about Aidbase?**

We’d love to see a calendar integration in the future. It would be a huge help for managing projects and clients. Aside from that, I’m loving everything about Aidbase!

**What problems is Aidbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aidbase has been a game-changer for us. The AI chatbot nails customer inquiries, cutting down our support time and letting us focus on growing the business. Plus, we can tweak its responses to make sure our customers always get the right info.

**What do you like best about Aidbase?**

Easy to program, easy to use, has a fair price, and provides a great option for testing. It is a tool that, with just a few clicks, you can implement in your chat system.

**What do you dislike about Aidbase?**

It is a very new tool and still lacks some integrations, but I saw that they already have plans for native integrations like WhatsApp. However, it works very well without integrations, which has already met all my needs.

**What problems is Aidbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has taken a great load off the after-hours customer support. I believe that in a short time, the tool will be able to handle everything on its own. It just needs the integrations to be active.

**What do you like best about Aidbase?**

What I appreciate most about Aidbase is its AI-powered support features, which greatly improve customer service efficiency. 

I can have both an AI chatbot to handle first-line requests and a ticket system to handle more complex cases. It's perfect.

I'll definitely use it in my new projects, it looks like it's easy to integrate and use, plus support is always online.

**What do you dislike about Aidbase?**

Nothing so far. Aidbase has everything I need.

**What problems is Aidbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reducing the number of support requests apparently.

The ease of use, it combines all the features that I would have built in weeks in one single tool

Integration still need improvment but I see them adding features every month

Building a customer support agent taking the burden from me to respond to all inqueries coming from my customers that could have answered easilty through available documentation

**What do you like best about Aidbase?**

The ease of use and installation but most of the all the quality of the answers the bot gives

**What do you dislike about Aidbase?**

Nothing so far. There are no cons I have identified yet.

**What problems is Aidbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aidbase's bot gives a "live" experience to the visitors of our website. Moreover by asking the bot they save time instead of searching the answer in our web pages.

**What do you like best about Aidbase?**

- Responsive, friendly team with a proven track record behind it
- The product is targeted towards (low-code) developers, which enables customisation which is missing from many of the equivalent competitors.
- A fair cost model driven by your openAI credit usage
- Product driven sales that lets you go from 0 to POC within an hour, so it is easy and fast to implement.

**What do you dislike about Aidbase?**

It's an early stage product, which naturally means there are kinks, incomplete features and imperfect UIs that need to be built out. But this is also a great opportunity to get your requests prioritised!

**What problems is Aidbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Aidbase lets us help website visitors find the right content on the site, or directly answers the key piece of information they are looking for. In turn, this drives website conversions.
- We indirectly also see what is on top of site visitors minds and hope to glean more insights from Aidbase like this in the future
- We aim to use Aidbase inside our app too, to answer questions for our users regarding product concepts, terminology and common support questions.

**What do you like best about Aidbase?**

It solves a major support problem, the UX is great, and constant new features every month.

**What do you dislike about Aidbase?**

Waiting for mobile app (iOS) - once it has this, it will be next level.

**What problems is Aidbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

24/7 support. The livechat and ticketing system is the best I've seen in the industry. It doesn't "hallucinate" and the answers are almost always spot on. So it saves us A LOT of time (and money) while also being helpful to our users.

Great friendly user interface, highly customizable, easy implementation, great documentation, flexible, and powerful features and integrations

**What do you dislike about Aidbase?**

Because its still a new tool so it may be missing some features yet they tend to launch new features almost on weekly basis and their customer support is great. So I believe the platform will develop much better over time.

Autonomous customer support and it help us to handle the client support very quickly while leaving us with enough time to focus on the growth of our company

Ease to use, good working, ease implementation.

No plugins for opensource websites platforms, but is ok, you just have to insert a script in your source code.

Answer to customers questions, so is a time saver.

**What do you like best about Aidbase?**

Aidbase has a very intuitive UI. I was able to walk through the onboarding process, which included building a knowledge base, a chatbot, support ticket workflow, and FAQ. Each feature was trained on our operation data.

**What do you dislike about Aidbase?**

They could do a better job in setting expectations in terms of the comprehensive build process.

**What problems is Aidbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aidbase helped us Ai automate 95% of our client-support backend.

**What do you like best about Aidbase?**

I really liked the simple integration of Aidbase!

Really fast to get going.

And event though we found a bug I just went in and talked with Simon the owner directly and he fixed the bug in like 10 minutes.

Super awesome service

I would like the software to automatically discover new pages on my website

When im bootstrapping a saas business next to my job it helps me solve customer support problems. 

I takes some of the heat off me which is great!
