AI Front Desk Helper Reviews & Product Details

AI Front Desk Helper is an AI receptionist built specifically for home-service contractors, by a painting contractor who was losing jobs to voicemail on the job site. It answers every inbound call in the first ring, day or night, including simultaneous calls. It knows your services, service area and pricing rules, qualifies the caller, and books the estimate directly onto your Google Calendar after checking that the slot is free. If the caller needs a person, it live-transfers. Missed-call text-back is the backstop. Then it keeps working after the call. Every unsigned quote gets follow-up texts at 24 hours, 3, 5 and 10 days, written in your voice and stopping the moment the customer replies. Objection detection switches to a recovery script when a customer says "too expensive" or "need to think about it." Outbound campaigns call and text past customers for seasonal reactivation, win-backs and referral asks. The Google Business Profile system drafts owner replies to every review, schedules posts, and audits the profile against nearby competitors. Every phone number is tied to its lead source, so the dashboard shows which marketing produces booked revenue. Flat monthly pricing, no minute meter, no per-call charges, no setup fee. Setup takes about a week and starts with a live demo on your own business number.
