AI Answering Service Reviews & Product Details

AI Answering Service is a Sydney company. Australian phone services since 2001; AI answering since 2023. Emma is a done-for-you AI receptionist for Australian small businesses. She answers missed calls in a natural Australian voice, collects the caller’s details, and emails a summary, transcript and recording after every call. You keep your existing number and forward unanswered calls. There is no software to learn — we train Emma for you. When staff cannot answer, Emma greets callers in your business’s name, handles common questions you briefed her on, and captures what you need to follow up. After every call you get an email with a short summary, the full transcript and an audio recording. Key features: - 24/7 answering when staff cannot pick up — multiple calls at once - Natural Australian voice with a custom greeting - Instant email with summary, transcript and recording - Lead capture: name, number and reason for calling - Keep your existing number; forward unanswered calls only - We train Emma for you via phone or email - Single simple plan: 200 untimed calls, 14-day trial, no setup fee - Can send pricing, quote or booking links during the call A great fit if you want us to train Emma for you, prefer fixed monthly pricing without per-minute bill shock, get lots of repetitive calls with similar questions, or want pricing, quote or booking links sent during the call. Suitable for law and conveyancing firms, dental and medical clinics, property and strata managers, accountants, training providers and many more. Probably not a good fit if you need live calendar booking (not just booking requests), complex multi-step workflows, live call transfer to staff, languages other than English, or if most callers have strong accents — or if you want AI to replace your team rather than support them.
