The support is genuinely outstanding, and it's direct: they run a Discord channel where you talk straight to the engineers, not a ticket queue. I ran into a real infrastructure issue (some of my transactional mail was routing through IPs that got geo-blocked by strict healthcare-sector firewalls), and within two days their team had reconfigured and assigned me a new delivery tier that solved it properly. That kind of responsiveness and technical depth is rare. On top of that, deliverability has been excellent, and their CSA certification gives extra peace of mind for reaching German mailbox providers specifically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about AhaSend? The main pain point is transparency around sending infrastructure. Delivery tiers route across multiple countries for redundancy, but which countries aren't documented anywhere upfront. A self-service option to pick (or exclude) specific regions for your own Delivery Tier - even as a paid add-on - would solve this at the source. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is AhaSend solving and how is that benefiting you? We operate in the healthcare sector in Germany, which makes vendor choice for transactional email surprisingly hard: most established providers are US-based, and getting a straightforward answer on EU data residency and GDPR posture often takes multiple rounds with sales or legal. AhaSend being an EU company with EU infrastructure removed that friction entirely. It's simply a much easier conversation with our own compliance-conscious customers (clinics, hospitals, training institutes) when the entire chain stays within the EU. Beyond that, the API and webhook integration has been excellent. What do you dislike about AhaSend? The onboarding was a bit tricky because of our volume. We slowly needed to build up our volume. AhaSend was by far the easiest to set-up. On our latest project we spent hours tryin to get the other to work without email being rejected or spam bucketed. With AhaSend we were up and running in 45 minutes, including the implemntation of a routing web hook (granted we were just modifying from another provider). Finally, we made a comment about wanting a new feature (passing all email headers to a webhook) ... it was made, documents, and deployed within 45 minutes! Talk about support ... wow! The best part about using AhaSend is the incredibly supportive team. They worked closely with us to resolve long-standing issues and warnings we had with our transactional email at Virgool. Thanks to their help, we’re now experiencing the lowest spam rate in our history. The platform itself is also very intuitive, easy to set up, and integrates smoothly with our existing infrastructure. This has made it possible for them to create this sleek and simple but effective product where a user like me (not too technical and not completely illiterate) can easily setup the account and just forget about it forever.
