What do you like best about Agnya?

1. One on One with Ashish - The way ashish listens to our problem and understand it quickly, and providing solutions is fantastic. Very friendly and I am able to share all my problems and get a better solution.

With the world in a tizzy due to being forced to work remotely, we needed a solution to make sure we are keeping our employees happy and engaged.

If you are looking a way to understand and solve your team's challenges then give Agnya a try. Most products I came across gave me just data. Some gave a very superficial picture of what my employees wanted. Agnya's in depth view of the data with real time nudges for managers helped us move the needle. As we were growing, we saw that the managers in our team needed support to get the best out of their teams. And we didn't want our best talent to leave. Agnya is a software platform (slak based) which measures and strengthens company culture. The first step is collecting feedback. After all the information is gathered, the tool is giving you insights on what should be improved and communicated. "Automates process + love Pat on Back feature"

Regular reminders on what areas to focus on.

Agnya has been bey helpful with all the periodic surveys and insights to help drive my focus

I specially love the pat on back feature where people can appreciate each other by giving pats, this gets recorded and I recognise the people who got most pats every month and also those who have the most.
