AgentWorks AI Front Desk Reviews & Product Details

AgentWorks AI Front Desk is an AI receptionist for owner-run service businesses in 26 industries, from HVAC, plumbing and dental to law, accounting, construction, auto dealers and e-commerce. It answers every call and text 24/7, books the appointment, takes the message and writes the lead into the included EngageSuite360 CRM and communications inbox, so every call becomes a record. Scripts and knowledge are tuned per industry; the owner stays in the loop and grants what the agent may do, widening it over time. One flat monthly price with setup included and no per-call or per-minute overage. Try before you buy: a 3-day owner-only trial before the number goes live. Built and run natively on RookeryOS, with no third-party call center behind the AI.
