AgentRH is sold as an annual subscription per company, not per user: the whole HR team has access. The price depends on the company headcount (bands from 50 to 4,999 employees, larger companies on quote) and on the support tier chosen. Three tiers with the same features: Essentiel (support through the assistant and the documentation, guided self-onboarding, base volume of credits), Standard (everything in Essentiel plus human support in Teams and by email, higher credit volume), Etendu (everything in Standard plus a dedicated account manager, an initial HR audit, service level commitments and the highest credit volume). Each subscription includes a monthly volume of action credits proportional to headcount; a credit is consumed only by a task the team requested, never by background work. Usage above the included volume is billed without interrupting the service. Pricing starts at 249 euros per month excluding VAT. One-off setup fees apply in the first year, depending on the number of sources to connect (HRIS, SharePoint folders, HR mailbox), and are stated in the quote. Quotes are issued within 24 hours from a single piece of information: the company headcount.
