AgentDesk is an AI-powered customer support platform that resolves technical tickets autonomously: not with canned responses or draft suggestions, but with actual code changes. When a ticket arrives, an AI agent picks it up, clones the relevant repository into an isolated sandbox, investigates the codebase, identifies the root cause, writes a fix, runs your test suite, and opens a pull request. The ticket is updated with a structured summary of what was found, what was changed, and what to review. If the agent needs more context, it comments on the ticket and waits for a response. Every agent action is logged with a full audit trail. Configurable approval gates let teams require human sign-off before changes ship, or allow agents to work autonomously on low-risk issues. Three guardrail levels – strict, default, and lenient – control how much freedom agents have, with limits on files changed, lines of code, and blocked patterns. AgentDesk integrates with GitHub, JIRA, Azure DevOps, Vercel, and more, with bi-directional ticket sync, status mapping, and comment threading across platforms. The platform supports bring-your-own-key for Anthropic and OpenAI API access, so organisations control their LLM costs directly with no markup. Built for agencies, SaaS companies, and DevOps teams, AgentDesk supports multi-tenant white-label portals with custom branding, custom domains, and isolated data per client, so one team can manage support across multiple clients from a single dashboard.
