Agent AI Reviews & Product Details

AgentAI is a customer relationship management (CRM) platform purpose-built for the Australian real estate industry, currently focused on the Sunshine Coast market. Unlike general-purpose CRMs adapted for real estate, AgentAI is designed around the specific workflows of Australian agents: contact database cleanup, seller identification, and automated outreach. The platform's core function is data enrichment — it analyses an agency's existing contact database (often years of accumulated, outdated records) and uses AI to identify likely sellers based on signals like property tenure length, ownership history, and engagement behaviour. This is surfaced to agents as plain-language "AI Insight" notes on each contact, rather than raw scores or dashboards. AgentAI also automates email and SMS outreach to contacts, with built-in compliance features (unsubscribe handling, quiet hours, Do Not Call register awareness) suited to Australian regulations. A notes and activity timeline consolidates contact history in one place. The platform is built on a modern technical stack (Laravel backend, Angular frontend) and uses Google's Gemini AI models for its enrichment and insight features. AgentAI is currently in active development, with new features (including AI-assisted buyer follow-up and expanded prospecting tools) being rolled out progressively.
