Agent Control Plane Reviews & Product Details

Paraison AI LLC builds the Agent Control Plane (ACP): AI support ticket resolution and routing for teams on Zendesk and similar helpdesks. ACP resolves repeatable tickets from the company's own knowledge base, routes the rest to the right team with priority and a written summary, and holds low-confidence decisions for human review in an operator console. Every decision is logged and traceable. Pricing is public: $499/month platform fee, $0.65 per autonomous resolution, $0.26 per routed ticket, no per-agent seat fees. Based in New Jersey, founded by Ron Paraison. Not affiliated with PraisonAI (praison.ai), the open-source multi-agent framework by Mervin Praison.
