The best part about Afton Tickets is the customer service.

**What do you dislike about Afton Tickets?**

I haven't found a downside yet. Afton Tickets is ever growing and consistantly rolling out new features.

**What problems is Afton Tickets solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Afton Tickets allows us the flexibility to customize events for the many entities we run events for. Their full featured suite has allowed us to pull much more granular data from our events, as well as save AND make us money using their platform versus competitors. Afton has assigned us an Account Manager (Vincent Cammarota) who goes above and beyond to make sure our needs are taken care of. He is constantly finding solutions for the unique issues our events face. Thanks Vince!

**What do you like best about Afton Tickets?**

Afton Tickets doesn't just provide a great software platform, their team is so helpful and quick to respond. They get an A for ease of use on the software side and an A in customer service! It's nice to be able to contact a human without waiting for someone to respond to a support ticket or make you go through the AI robot first.

**What do you dislike about Afton Tickets?**

I can't think of anything I dislike honestly. I suppose more training videos would be helpful so I can refer to those rather than our agent but I really appreciate the human connection that Afton brings.

**What problems is Afton Tickets solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Afton Tickets makes our ticketing process so much easier. From the easy-to-use interface and reporting on the backend to the ease of use for ticket purchasers, I can personally attest to how much easier Afton has made my life in running an event with 20k attendees. Knowing they're available for support whenever I have questions puts my mind at-ease in knowing if something were to come up, they would be committed to helping me solve any issues. This has not been my experience with other ticketing providers. It's also a HUGE PLUS that equipment for scanning is included!

**What do you like best about Afton Tickets?**

The back end of the program is easy to use, and our rep (Jordan) is quick to respond in the moment for any questions or issues to encounter. The camera scanners made checking guests into our large concert series so much easier!

**What do you dislike about Afton Tickets?**

Sometimes the back end throws error messages that don't make sense to the task, and the physical scanners act up in real time. It would be great to have donations not in ticket form/included in advance tickets on the post concert reporting.

**What problems is Afton Tickets solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Afton as our primary ticket platform, and use the afton phones to check in guest to our concerts. In the past, we've used problematic ticket platforms that required us to download client guest list, manually alphabetize the list, and check in folks on a clipboard. Afton makes our box office, and tracking ticket purchase, so much more effecient! I love the daily emails with ticket updates, and how prompt and responsive our afton manager Jordan is!

**What do you like best about Afton Tickets?**

I first started working with Afton Tickets in 2022 for Green River Festival. Our sales rep Katie went above and beyond from essentially across the country to help get us set up and situated with the new system. We appreciated that Afton has in house customer service to aid us in managing the influx of customer questions and concerns we receive each year for the festival. Katie was always available for adjustments of our listings, as well as troubleshooting any unexpected situations that arose. 

That summer when it came time for the festival Afton sent Katie out to help us on site with ticketing- it made a HUGE difference in our productivity and comfort with the system as first-time users. Katie's knowledgible, devoted, and calm demeaner put our staff and volunteers at ease and contributed to an extremely successful experience at The Box Office. 

We have since used Afton for 4 Festivals (Arcadia Folk Fest- twice, Back Porch Festival, and another year of Green River Festival) and it has been a breeze. We haven't needed on-site assistance from Afton staff since that first year, but every event we can rest assured that Afton is available for our call or text at any time during the event to make sure each event goes smoothly. 

The ticketing page has proved customer friendly compared to other ticketing software we have used in the past- which is a big deal to us. We have also noticed that in between festivals when we come to the Afton team with any issues or concerns to talk through they are always very open-minded and supportive on hearing us out and adjusting anything they are able to to make our next event just as successful.

The scanners + tablets we use (provided by Afton) are also extremely easy and productive to use. For our festivals we have a lot of staff/volunteer turnover throughout the event and these tools were easy to train each new worker on.

I cannot reccommend Afton (and our sales rep Katie) enough, I am a huge fan!

The only thing that comes to mind is the way the ticketing information is grouped at export- I wish this was a bit more customizable.

**What do you like best about Afton Tickets?**

The company itself has performed miracles for my business. The ticket-selling platform they offer is remarkable. They streamlined the process of selling tickets online, making it easy for my clients and me. The features I like best are the real-time analytics, customizable event pages, and excellent customer support for me to pass along to my clients... Oh, I forgot to mention the affiliate system to count track where sales are actually coming from. 

My Representative at Afton is Jordan Westlund. He has truly been a plus for my event planning business. With his support, I've been able to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for my clients.
Jordan Westlund is very responsive and detailed. He helps me with options and ideas to pass along to my clients, making me look like a rock star.

**What do you dislike about Afton Tickets?**

I really can't think of a negative experience I've had so far. I have complete faith in having Afton servicing my clients.

**What problems is Afton Tickets solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At Afton, I receive less cost in service fees for my customers. Free equipment borrowing for ticket outlets. Sponsorship Ad placement. Intuitive Financial Reports. I absolutely love the influencer affiliate program so others can sell and be credited for the sale. This helps sell the tickets at a record pace.

Any time we have an idea Vince helps us get it done. We love the personalized support that Afton provides. 

Since we operate at high volume once every few months, regularly improving software and technology also an important factor for us when choosing Afton, which we've been quite happy with.

We don't have any dislikes to describe about afton tickets

Afton makes the post purchase experience easy and seamless for guests and box office personnell alike. 

This allows us to sell more tickets, keep customers happier and ultimately train and retain staff more easily across the board.

Having our dedicated account manager, Vince, only amplifies this and he feels one of the team.

Lastly, they have one of the best fee structures we found which allowed us to generate an addtional 26k in revenue last year alone (for 4 events total)

**What do you like best about Afton Tickets?**

I have been using Afton Tickets as of late and the level of convenience for not only myself but for my customers has been game changing. Afton tickets is a one stop shop for providing and purchasing tickets as well as tracking analytics. The openers I get to book for my shows have seen a benefit when booking with me due to Afton ticket's "tip the performer" option when customers are purchasing their tickets at checkout. Their support and quick response makes them an easy choice and I'm happy I gave them a shot.

**What do you dislike about Afton Tickets?**

There isn't much I dislike, maybe the small ticket fee which every ticketing company has. At least Afton's fees are much lower than most.

**What problems is Afton Tickets solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The issue of having eveything includng analytics in one spot.. Afton tickets makes it very easy to do payouts for sales due to all of information being in one place.

We are fortunate to have such a responsive, courteous and professional to help with our account. Jordan is a rock star. He is quick to answer questions, makes sure he is understanding the need, and responds accordingly with links, videos, and/or a call or text. He is willing to use whatever form of communication that will work for me as I am the first to admit I always need technical help. Jordan makes using Afton tickets for our events easy. I have contacted him several times, and he is always eager to help. I have recommended Afton to several organizations purely because of my experience with Jordan.

I have not found a downside, though I wish the ticket landing page was snazzier!

I met the Afton crew at a trade show for Oregon Event Producers and since the first time we spoke they have 100% followed through with every promise they've made. Their equipment works perfectly every time and their customer service is unparalleled. Even when I have to call Katie in a panic on the first day because I forgot my password again, she is always super patient with me. I have used Showclix and BPT in the past and I'm so glad I made the switch to Afton. They also have options that the other ticket sellers don't provide that can be super beneficial for producers.

I've never had a problem with their equipment or service.

Vince and the team at Afton tickets were nothing short of amazing! My team spent less than 10 minutes walking through and leaving the system and if we needed any assistance they made themselves available! Overall a wonderful experience and I'll be using them again!

I think everything went great, our stats and necessary reports were clear and the system as mentioned was easy to use and operate. No complaints

I wanted a system that was easy to navigate and had all of the reports and data that I look for. Having everything under one system did wonders for our operations this year.

**What do you like best about Afton Tickets?**

The customer service is top notch.   We have utilized numerous ticketing software companies, but Afton has been above them all in areas of customer service, hands on help with larger events or new staff, sufficient amount of units, chargers and accessories.   If an item acts up, they are on top of it to get it swapped out or fixed.  Quick responses and  alway answer the phones for help during an event.  

The event reconcilation report is great.  It gives more breakdown than what I need, but better to have more than not enough.   Very easy and user friendly interface for event building.

**What do you dislike about Afton Tickets?**

Nothing about Afton is a dislike, would like to see additional upgrades in the future plans. 

End of the night seller reports - they could be broke down more like a report categorizing the different transactions, like Cash = XXX, Card = XXX, Refunds = XXX etc.  It is just a long "tape run" currently.

Additional Training videos in certain areas would be helpful. They do have some, but don't cover all areas.

Training Mode event that would allow all different transactions to train new staff.

I receive very thorough event reconcilation reports that works great for our partnering sponsors and any potential auditing.   The free of charge equipment is wonderful for our venue.

Our agent Jordan Westlund has been an incredible plus to our experience using Afton! He has been there for any question at any time and is always going above and beyond to help us if anything comes up. As a newer venue, we appreciate knowing that he is always there as a resource for us. After one training session with him, I was able to start putting up shows myself for sale. Everything is very user-friendly and easy to figure out thanks to the team!

Its tricky when I am trying to reach out to clients directly but other than that I've had a great experience.

I switched my 10+ year running event over to Afton after using a competor for years. The personal touch is the difference. You have an actual account manager with Afton, if our case Jordan Westlund, who was wonderful. He helped with everything from our initial migration, adding merch, driving visibility and promotions, to day of tweeks. Full service, really great! 

I wished we switched years ago.

**What do you dislike about Afton Tickets?**

the only minor thing was the POS system arrived in a bit of a disorganized fashion and we had to scramble a bit to get all the devices synced and charged. It really wasn't a big deal though and the previous company we worked with didn't provide a POS system at all, so...

Full support for digital event management. Afton addresses so many problems.

Their customer experience and customer service is great! They are quick with responses and are always available when you need it. They actually seem to care and do whatever they can to make it a positive experience. Also their ticketing fees are lower than most other companies. It's also great how customers can tip the artists during ticket checkout.

I love that I have an account manager that is there any time I need help. Katie is awesome and always gets back to me with what needs to be changed mid-event. I also love the on-site technology to scan tickets.

**What do you dislike about Afton Tickets?**

Would be nice if not as many emails were sent to customers, because that is the one complaint we get on site from guests.

**What problems is Afton Tickets solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we were under COVID restrictions, Afton was able to pivot and allow us to have timed entry for our event to make sure that we were following state laws. At that time, we decided it was so easy to work with Afton that we would continue just having tickets online and onsite with credit card using Afton's system. It has made our event safer to not have cash on site and super fast to get guests in the door that didn't buy tickets ahead of time.

Afton's staff members are always quick to respond and willing to work with your needs which is one of the best parts of their ticketing platform.

It would be helpful if Afton had an onboarding video with all the features and functions on how to use the platform that is up to date!

Afton tickets has never missed logging an order. We had issues with orders going missing in WooCommerce. It's also great that Afton will handle ticket questions and refunds.

**What do you like best about Afton Tickets?**

Our account manager Katie Schatz was so helpful in setting us up and answering our questions QUICKLY no matter when we asked.  Jared Surasky took all of our feedback and found solutions for all our needs.  Afton was a great partner for us and we highly recommend.  We never felt alone and were VERY well supported.  They even sent Thom Bloom to help us at two of our first events, which was invaluable.  This is unheard of with many of ticketing platform.  The customer support was EXCELLENT and  unparalled.

**What do you dislike about Afton Tickets?**

Looking forward to their new HQ platform, the old one was a bit tricky, but Katie was always there to help.  They promise that the new HQ will be much more user friendly.

Helped us set pricing and tier levels and recommend royalty feature that helped us absorb some of our ticketing costs.

**What do you like best about Afton Tickets?**

Afton (and my sales rep Katie) are so easy to work with. They are very responsive to all of our emails and phone calls. Katie is available to help troubleshoot problems anytime of day and made sure all our staff felt comfortable using the equipment during our opening weekend. She also has gone above and beyond to help with projects once the page is live. The Afton team listened to our feedback after our event and implemented new features that will make things even better before our next season.

The percentage pricing for non-ticket sales is a little steep.

**What problems is Afton Tickets solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Selling tickets online is a huge step for us and Afton has made the transition so easy. They also listen to the unique needs of our event and have made accommodations outside of their normal business model.

Customer Service was incredible, Vincent responded quickly to every question that arose. He helped us build out and test our ticket sales prior to launching. Afton Tickets platform was easy to use and allowed us to customize and control our guest count at varying ticket levels.

The platform offers a lot of control and automation to change ticket pricing, offer discounts, provide group deals. The product was very easy to use and user friendly. The reports were easy to navigate and pull information from.

Afton staff were willing to help when needed and great to work with. Being very hands on was a big help in running our live event with no major issues during the week. Looking forward to continuing our ticketing relationship with Afton.

In year one there are always some glitches but I was happy with the response and willingness to help. The online ticketing platform could have a better customer interface, but still worked fine for the customers.

We are tweaking some small things that we noticed in the first year. Mainly cosmetic things and nothing significant.

**What do you like best about Afton Tickets?**

For years we printed hard tickets to sell and could not get accurate counts. With their system we were able to have 2 staff members work other areas of the event that they wouldnt been able to before. It has made the office more efficent is what they need to do before and after the event. Our numbers are more accurate and the help they give us is beyond our expectations. They also have to deal with volunteers and our staff when everything is going crazy. Thank you Katie and Ryan for the great service and advice and help

Nothing to dislike other than the reports are too detailed.

The platform was easy to use and the customer service provided by Justine our Account Executive was top notch. She was very responsive to all our needs as worked to produce an ignural event called Dozer Day Nebraska. We super appreicated that she was on site to help us with the event.

I have no negetive thoughts about Afton tickets.

Their system allowed our team to keep track of ticket sales in real time and analyze who were buying tickets. This feature will help us in the feature with our marketing efforts by knowing what communities are hearing about the event. I also liked the fact that all the accounting work was done by them and I only had to read thier easy to understand reports.

I work as the Treasurer for our county fair.  We switched over to Afton ticketing several years ago and it has made such a difference in our attendance tracking, reporting and ease of use for our attendees.  We love the real time data during our event and the report access after.  Katie always does an amazing job with service before and during our event making sure that we are running optimally.

Working with Afton has made ticketing on the go much more accessible and requires less infrastructure than some other platforms. We have use this platform on cellular wifi without issues. Everything is super straight forward and easy to navigate.

If you have used any other ticketing platform, you know that customer service is almost non-existent. With Afton Tickets, I have never waited longer than 10 minutes for a response. In addition to the best customer service, Afton Tickets is also the easiest and fastest ticketing platform to issue tickets on, saving hours of valuable time. Afton is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure their customers are satisfied.  Afton's scanners work great and are very user-friendly.

This is a tough one, as I truly like Afton Tickets platform all the way around and they are lightyears ahead of their competition, including the largest ticketing services in the country.

As one of Afton Ticket's first large events, we have seen firsthand how deeply they care about customer satisfaction. After enduring letdown after letdown with other ticketing companies, enter Afton Tickets, which excels at crafting a ticketing system that includes all of the features on our ‘wish list;’ daily, responsive, personal customer service to our team; and ideal customer service to our patrons … not just during the original ticket purchase, but onward up through and after our events. 
Afton Tickets has saved our small team time and countless headaches, and is now an indispensable tool for both our company and our beloved patrons.

**What do you like best about Afton Tickets?**

Afton Tickets is quick for our volunteers to learn and easy for our clients to use when entering concerts for our high school choir program. Our last ticketing platform was clunky and wouldn't show all available seats in the auditorium space while customers were choosing. Afton is easy for our clientele to navigate and allows us to post a schedule of events on our website, making it much easier for parents and students to purchase tickets and attend our shows. Purchasing tickets at the door has been made MUCH easier with Afton, and they supply all the tech needed! We are happy with the switch. Better yet, Afton has given us a direct line with an associate who can work our problems with or for us when we have questions. Any concerns about the program are sent to their engineers, who will work on adding the features we need for our programs.

**What do you dislike about Afton Tickets?**

"Behind the scenes" work takes a little while to get used to, but after a few rounds of practice, it becomes much more manageable. Setting aside comp tickets takes a few more steps than ideal. We cannot set different prices for different age groups (yet), but our Afton team assures us that they are working on solutions to these issues (see the above post). Overall, our clients are very happy with the platform and we as administrators are catching up on the behind the scenes work.

Afton is working on a solution that will allow us to create different prices for events based on the attendee's age. For instance: we charge half the price for students that we do for adults. Once this is worked out, it will be much easier to stand our concerts up and make them financially accessible for all.
