I am frustrated by the constant increase in pricing for Afi Backup for Google Workspace, which has resulted in the cost skyrocketing to six times what it was when I started using the service 10 months ago. This escalating expense is unacceptable and unsustainable for my budget. Additionally, I find their customer support to be lacking, as they have been unresponsive and ineffective in resolving billing issues despite multiple adjustments to my account. The difficulty in managing my account, coupled with the requirement to speak to someone directly just to cancel the service, adds to my distrust. Easy to setup. Quick to get backups running. Excellent overall view of backups makes it easy to get a quick picture of the backups.
