AETOS is the complete package. It took our facilities assets and put them at everyone's fingertips. We now have the ability to tour our entire facility while sitting at a computer, on a tablet or with our mobile phones. We are able to develop training modules that visually takes the trainee to specific areas within the facility while sitting at a computer screen. We are able to compile asset data for each asset that is easily assessable with the click of a button. We can attach procedures, specifications, training, maintenance data and much more to each asset and it's all in 1 place. The possibilities are endless, with AETOS we are just beginning to capture all of the information and technology that will allow us to train, operate and manage our operation safer and more efficiently. These are all wonderful, but with the AETOS platform you also get a great team of support from everyone. They are smart and eager to help you get the product your company needs to become successful. The Aetos team is very dedicated to helping their system deliver value to the site. They have a lot of features making it a great one-stop shop for all things asset management. The unlimited user pricing model is also a differentiator. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While Aetos has a lot of features, it is not really the industry leader when it comes to these capabilities individually. There are better CMMS solutions that only serve as a CMMS. There are also better procedure builders but those solutions don't have the 3D model nor the CMMS functions. Overall, the value is there in what they offer but capabilities could still be improved like adding spare parts management to the CMMS and AI tools to procedure building. The interactive presentation of our training documentations. No longer do operators have to read documentations to try and understand what we are training them. Instead, they can click through a specific training where there are your standard work instructions, but now there are also training videos and walkthroughs. The editing portion of the software could use some improvement, such as importation of office files; excel, word, etc, versus only pdf right now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
