I really appreciate the multiple connectivity types for in-person payments and the fast payouts with Adyen Payments. It's great that there's no need for multiple underwriting for different entry methods, as one account holder can have multiple shopper interactions. The full suite of financial products, including capital, issuing, and banking, makes it easier for internal support and enhances our merchants' experience. Having everything on one platform simplifies things significantly. I love how Adyen Payments is a tech-forward company, which makes it so much better than traditional payment processors or acquirers. The robust fraud management is another feature I like, and having out-of-the-box capital offers makes it easy for us to help our merchants with cash flow. The 1-onboarding process for different payment entry methods like e-commerce and card present makes it easier for our onboarding team and quicker for our merchants. Sub merchant reporting could be improved in the customer area, also clearer profitability reports at a company level. Adyen does not provide sub merchant processing statements. I really like the search functionalities and how the features like disputes and reports are organized in the portal. It makes it very easy to find what I need. The chargeback fees are also very competitive compared to others. Additionally, the auto-defend feature for chargebacks is a great tool that saves a lot of time. The APIs and webhooks can also be difficult to understand, which makes it hard to automate the chargeback process. The Adyen dashboard isn't particularly user-friendly, as it lacks visual analytics, which makes it harder to interpret data at a glance.
