It is very easy to view, modify and see the history about your time management. The calendar options make it visibly good and it is very easy to track everything activity or even the activities of the team.

I was thinking that time management in organizations is quite an art. Tools like ADP automate the day-to-day, but at the end of the day, the real challenge is finding that perfect balance between operational efficiency, compliance with regulations, and keeping a team motivated. It’s very easy to access and use: I can operate it from a web browser or the mobile app, and even swipe in and out. It tracks everything, including working hours, overtime, breaks, and shift changes. With one tool, I can do everything from marking my attendance to applying for leave. It is an app you have to use daily. It provides step by step process for smooth onboarding with their tutorials. Some issues I’ve noticed are that the missed punch correction procedure is quite time-consuming, and it depends on the manager’s approval. ADP T&L management software as in mobile app which I love it's quite user friendly and extremely useful inconvenient.

The hardest part about this ADP software is that it's very challenging to learn to use.

it takes a lot of time and energy just to get up and running and unfortunately customer service is not always the best. Sometimes you'll get someone who is very supportive and walks you through things and is extremely helpful other times you won't even find the right contact that you need or it'll be someone that is not willing to spend the time to help educate you.

It's not the most user friendly. As a supervisor, I have to go through mutiple screens to add PTO for an employee rather than adding hours straight through the timecard.
