I like how Adobe InCopy fits smoothly into my publishing workflow and makes editing and formatting text easier while keeping the document layout consistent. I can work alongside designers through its integration with Adobe InDesign without accidentally changing the page layout, and the collaboration features make it easier to work together. I value the text editing and formatting tools, especially Track Changes, which helps me review edits and keep track of corrections. It also helps me keep content organized and consistent, and makes proofreading and managing revisions more efficient. The interface is fairly straightforward, and I find the initial setup easy to get started with through Adobe Creative Cloud. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find Adobe InCopy can feel slow when I open or edit large documents. The workflow can also feel a little complicated for new users, especially when collaborating with designers through InDesign. I’d like a more modern, intuitive interface, smoother navigation, and faster syncing between InCopy and InDesign to reduce delays and workflow interruptions. Better onboarding and tutorials would help beginners get started, and better error notifications and automatic recovery options would make editing more reliable and convenient.
