I honestly can't think of a single dislike. I have used other products that have been frustrating to understand, but Adlumin is just not one of those products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Adlumin has tremendous flexibility, especially the agnostic platform support and multi-tenancy capabilities. The real-time alerting for security events is a significant time saver, rather than tracking down security events across multiple endpoints, firewalls, Active Directory, O365, Google Workspace, devices, etc. Adlumin correlates the telemetry into an easy-to-view dashboard. The SOC Overwatch provides next-tier support and assistance for high and critical alerts. The Adlumin staff has been great to work with; they go the extra mile to understand your environment. Not a lot of downsides. I will say a small suggestion I have is that the alerts we get emailed to us could be formatted more straightforwardly to understand what the alert is about versus trying to figure it out by digging through some detailed information. Adlumin was easy to deploy and provided valuable insights to our small team. Adlumin has an exceptional level of expertise, and their customer service is FANTASTIC! We were also early to deploy their Total Ransomware Defense service, and it has allowed us to rest a little easier at the end of the day knowing we have a solution explicitly targeted at ransomware.
