We have a better picture of our users, changes made to users, and important systems files. We feel we get good SOC service and the additional info about our users and systems is better than what we had before. We like the reports we are able to get. Simple enough that non-IT folks can really grasp the value. Checks all the major boxes clients are looking for. Brings extended visibility into hybrid environments.
