The alerts on what my users are doing and the ability to isolate servers and desktops on my network to prevent any type of intrusion and damage to our network. Their support team is fantastic to work with and really know what they are doing. The Implementation was amazingly simple to deploy on all of my systems, and has worked really well as companion with my other solutions like our AV to have a full picture of what is going on. I love the dashboard and I love the monitoring they provide. They have already caught things on our network and just knowing they are monitoring and ready to assist is very helpful. Their software is powerful and successfully integrated with everything on our network. I am impressed how easy they are to work with and regularly reach out to discuss any concerns or questions we might have. They completely understand what superb customer service means. I have yet to encounter anything that I dislike. Sometimes when I see an alert or notification I get worried but to me this indicates how closely they are monitoring things from their end. We continue to tweak and improve things so that the reports can be as accurate as possible. I was concerned with false positives but even that has not been an issue.
