They are able to login at anytime to change anything from addresses to banking information. **What do you dislike about AdaptOne?** The thing I like the least is how many different approvers it requires to touch the vendor prior to making it active or for changes to update in the system. Management of approvals works great. It is quick to create an invite to email to new vendors. **What do you dislike about AdaptOne?** Sometimes it is difficult to figure out which required fields are missing when the AP approval doesn't work. **What problems is AdaptOne solving and how is that benefiting you?** Provides better verification of vendors so we can be sure we are paying the right companies. The vendors are directly involved in setup saving our AP departments a lot of time. Better control over payment terms, when a vendor wants to use a non-standard term. ### 3. AdaptOne has allowed us to have one supplier onboarding process acorss all companies, have standardized forms and agreements completed, track safety, insuarnce, and licensed for our subcontractors, and put an internal approval process in place. ### 6.
