"Great for Vendors to keep their information up to date."

What do you like best about AdaptOne?

I like the fact that the vendor is responsible for keeping their information up to date. They are able to login at anytime to change anything from addresses to banking information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AdaptOne?

The thing I like the least is how many different approvers it requires to touch the vendor prior to making it active or for changes to update in the system. Also the lag time between Adaptone and Vista can sometimes set you back when trying to take care of something right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Convenient Way To Manage Vendors"

What do you like best about AdaptOne?

We have been a customer of AdaptOne for 4 years! We love working with the AdaptOne Team. We set down together and built our VMS tool. They heard me! They listened to what I needed and did it. We continue to customize and build our tool and they are right here with me hand to hand. The partnership these last 4 years have been great and we are looking for that relationship to continue to grow. I would recommend AdaptOne to anyone looking for Supply Chain Management. What do you like best about AdaptOne?

What do you dislike about AdaptOne?

The most difficlut part of using AdaptOne is getting our suppliers on board to use the system and manage their accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AdaptOne solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to AdaptOne, we did not have a stremalined process for onboarding new supplier or tracking current supplier. AdaptOne has allowed us to have one supplier onboarding process acorss all companies, have standardized forms and agreements completed, track safety, insuarnce, and licensed for our subcontractors, and put an internal approval process in place.
