It is amazing that thanks to AdaptiveGRC individual assessment management can be shortened from days to minutes. The tool can generate reports for different stakeholders containing only their desired assessment outcome data. I especially value the feature for creating risk profiles. It allows you to set the appropriate audit and assessment priorities. Additionally, everything is presented on a user-friendly dashboard. I also liked the ability to analyze how risk correlates with the compliance status. Although most solutions have it, the risk heat map is also a great visualization tool. In 2019, C&F implemented Adaptive GRC – for monitoring internal audit recommendations, for a 20-plus people internal audit department. The implementation went well, it was done on time and within the budget. What’s more important, cooperation with C&F since the implementation has been very good, they have been very helpful and supportive. The application is very useful for us – it allowed us to optimize the process, the interface is user friendly, the escalation process in any delays also works well. Could be more robust in terms of performance and speed. Sometimes there are inconsistencies in the funtionalities, but i believe its the environment issue. I especially value the fact that it was very easy to use. It allowed me to shorten time I had to spend on filling out the SREP questionnaire – the functionality to compare the questionnaires from previous years is great.
