The tool can generate reports for different stakeholders containing only their desired assessment outcome data. I appreciate much the possibility of generating compliance specification lists for supplier contracts or internal departments. **What do you dislike about AdaptiveGRC?** I have not experienced any drawbacks that C&F hasn't already addressed in some way. **Recommendations to others considering AdaptiveGRC:** Perfect for Risk Management **What problems is AdaptiveGRC solving and how is that benefiting you?** Instantaneous data reporting is possible from any enterprise perspective: in its entirety, according to departments, in accordance with regulations, according to locations, etc. The other very useful feature is that AdaptiveGRC combines the findings from a number of different events, and assess company’s level of compliance with a single legislation. ### 5. It allows you to set the appropriate audit and assessment priorities. Additionally, everything is presented on a user-friendly dashboard. I also liked the ability to analyze how risk correlates with the compliance status. Although most solutions have it, the risk heat map is also a great visualization tool. **What do you dislike about AdaptiveGRC?** Nothing fancy comes to mind at the moment. The tool was exactly what we needed at the time. **Recommendations to others considering AdaptiveGRC:** I can recommend this software. I used AdaptiveGRC Compliance and Risk Management modules for more than a year. Implementation went smooth, and the support team was always very helpful. I especially value the functionality AdaptiveGRC offers – all GRC processes can be managed in one tool, and there is a single database. The implementation went well, it was done on time and within the budget. What’s more important, cooperation with C&F since the implementation has been very good, they have been very helpful and supportive. The application is very useful for us – it allowed us to optimize the process, the interface is user friendly, the escalation process in any delays also works well. Sometimes there are inconsistencies in the funtionalities, but i believe its the environment issue. This could be made better by setting an objective to minimze the number of clicks required to do a particular task. **Recommendations to others considering AdaptiveGRC:** A Simple and elegant system, very good at reporting and analytics. It allowed me to shorten time I had to spend on filling out the SREP questionnaire – the functionality to compare the questionnaires from previous years is great. I also could easily control the status of work of people involved in the process - check their progress, remind about the deadlines if needed. **What do you dislike about AdaptiveGRC?** I can't think of anything specific right now. My overall experience has only been positive and it's hard to name anything. **What problems is AdaptiveGRC solving and how is that benefiting you?** AdaptiveGRC allowed me to coordinate over a 400+ questionnaire. Especially it is worth pointing out the fact that I could compare questions and their answers from previous years. The system also allows you to version the answers to the questions, control the progress of their preparation. Its features met my key expectations – the program sends notifications, gives a possibility of ongoing monitoring. The number of delayed audit recommendations has significantly decreased. I also like very much that it generates reports. **What do you dislike about AdaptiveGRC?** C&F is always working to develop the product and asking tool users from our company for feedback. AdativeGRC (AGRC) allows the organization to integrate GRC capabilities into their existing business processes; thereby eliminating layers of complexity to an already complex business environment. The AGRC team did a superb job designing and building a best-in-class GRC solution that addresses the challenges faced in today's uncertain and ever-changing global business climate. Working with the AGRC team has been a pleasure and the support they have provided is exceptional. **What do you dislike about AdaptiveGRC?** My only issue is that I would like to run it on some flavor of Linux. **Recommendations to others considering AdaptiveGRC:** The solution is adaptable across industries and size of organizations.
