"Easy Setup, Innovative Phishing Simulations"
5/5
What do you like best about Adaptive Security?

I really appreciate the innovation and intuitiveness of Adaptive Security. It's super easy for the teams to use and super fast to set up. I also love the preconfigured campaigns, making it really easy to allow custom campaigns and integrate deep fake technologies and brand impersonations into our phishing campaigns to make them more realistic. It has really ramped up the realism of our phishing campaigns to something more akin to what our adversaries might use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adaptive Security?

I think the only feedback in terms of what can be improved is there's some of their feature sets that are still yet to be integrated into GovCloud or GCCH environments. But this is a limitation of almost every vendor, and it's just a limitation of working in those environments, but it should be noted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Engaging Conan O'Brien Training, Top-Tier Phishing Library, and Standout Deepfake Content"
5/5
What do you like best about Adaptive Security?

The Conan O'Brien training content is a real difference maker that connects to our employees, it's funnier and more engaging than anything I've seen from others in this space.

- The quality of the phishing library saved me from building campaigns myself.

- The deepfake training is way beyond others in this space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adaptive Security?

More advanced options are coming and it takes some setup with our firewall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Adaptive Stands Out for Security Awareness—Great Content and AI Attack Focus"
5/5
What do you like best about Adaptive Security?

I usually don't write reviews, but I think Adaptive is a standout product that needs more attention in this space. I have run security awareness at the past 4 organizations I have been a part of and this is by far the best one I have used. I am a former Wombat customer now Proofpoint Security Essentials, Knowbe4 and PhishMe customer. Adaptive is very focused on customer feedback and improving their product, with their recent relationship with Conan O'Brian just makes their content all that much better. Lastly, they were the only tool that really focused on the use of AI attacks and what to do about them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adaptive Security?

It's hard to identify anything that I dislike about Adaptive, there are some small usability things but nothing that impacts the overall experience of the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

5/5
What do you like best about Adaptive Security?

The ease of use for deploying trainings across the enterprise, the integration of AI into helping rapidly change training to align to evolving threats and their sophisticated phishing simulations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adaptive Security?

At the moment, I don’t have anything to dislike about Adaptive. The only initial gap we ran into was with their API, but they’ve since improved it and expanded the data available through the API. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The sales and onboarding professionals were extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. "Adaptive: Modern, Streamlined Training with Engaging, Up-to-Date Content"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Adaptive Security?

After switching from KnowBe4, we've found Adaptive to be a more modern and streamlined experience. My users have reached out to me to say that they found the content to be much more current and broken down into digestible chunks. They also found the executive deepfakes to be very entertaining and relevant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adaptive Security?

I wish I could manually assign specific phishing templates/scenarios to specific users/groups to make the tests more effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptional Cybersecurity Training and Alert System"
5/5
What do you like best about Adaptive Security?

I find the adaptive training modules of Adaptive Security to be far superior to those of most companies in this space. They allow us to create quick training and cybersecurity alert modules on the fly with AI-assisted tool sets, which helps us deal with specific or emerging threats rapidly. The phish triage platform is also impressive, using AI learning to evaluate emails beyond basic scanning to identify social engineering elements. I appreciate how Adaptive Security keeps us informed of current cybersecurity threats and focuses on the bleeding edge of the threats we face, rather than past ones. The setup was incredibly easy as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adaptive Security?

You know, right now, I haven't really found many flaws. Other than I would like for the ability for their vishing platform, which is brand new, to use more localized numbers. So that users aren't as immediately tipped off that the calls are coming from far away rather than from within their own area code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
