AdaptClosoe Reviews & Product Details

AdaptClose replaces the ridealong for teams that sell in person. Roofing, HVAC, windows, flooring, pest control. Your rep taps record before the appointment and goes back to selling. It works offline and uploads when signal comes back. About fifteen minutes later the session is transcribed and scored 0 to 100 against your own sales process. Every finding points to the exact moment, with the quote and the timestamp. Managers get a command center on the web. See who ran appointments today, who's following the process, and which steps track with closes. Leave a one-line coaching tip and it lands on the rep's phone before the next appointment. What you get: > One-tap recording, offline capable > Scoring against your process, not a generic rubric > Clips and timestamps for every flagged moment > Rep trends over time > Manager dashboard with per-rep drill-in > Live listen during an appointment > Roles for owners, managers, and reps $180 per rep per month. 14-day trial.
