Activechat.ai Reviews & Product Details

Activechat is a complete 360° customer service & contact center automation tool that instantly transforms specific business knowledge into automated and semi-automated conversations. The platform combines AI-assisted live chat, multiple voice and messaging channels, smart natural language virtual assistants, and a set of conversational AI tools like sentiment detection or data clustering. Building self-service chatbots and virtual assistants has never been easier. Instead of programming & scripting scenarios manually, just upload your business knowledge (F.A.Q.s, websites, PDF documents, internal knowledge bases, etc), and we do all the hard work for you, instantly providing you with a smart AI-powered assistant that can answer questions based on this data with 95% accuracy. This virtual employee can then be connected to the customer self-service portal, or team with your human support agents to improve their performance.
